This company is top notch. They ONLY use top quality materials and their installation is second to no-one. The customer service was top notch. There salesman Eric Altman is an A** representative. He was honest and up-front from start to finish. I trust him 100%!!! When Eric Altman gives his word, you can "take it to the bank." The office staff Alexis and Rachel were ALWAYS friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions with a "phone-smile." I will be recommending Gold Key Roofing to all my friends and family without ANY hesitation. I can go on forever about this company. In short, they are the best!!!!

Gold Key Roofing was recommended to my family by out neighborhood newsletter (Edgewood) and they far exceeded our expectations. When we needed an inspection on our roof they were efficient and professional. When I needed clarification for our insurance company they were prompt with the response and sent it the same day. I recently needed additional information and they were courteous and professional and once again extremely prompt with scheduling and answering all of my questions. Gold Key Roofing is one of the best companies I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. They made sure I was involved throughout the process from allowing me to pick what style roof I wanted to applying for the permit until everything was finalized. I had to deal with a previous company and I was already disappointed I was hoping that I didn’t need to deal with that stress again but Gold Key Roofing was something special because it was one of the least stressful businesses I’ve ever had to deal with. It took them two days to completely finish the job, they worked longer shifts to make sure that the roof was intact. They were cooperating with me and kept it a very clean business. I thought I would have to be more involved but they took matters into their own hands to make it easier on me. The plywood used under the shingles was better quality than I expected. Overall the company is amazing and I would recommend anyone to do business with them. Starting from their pricing all the way to their service.

Was quite painless, I had not been looking forward to having the roof replaced. The employees were efficient and professional, finished sooner than we expected and did a great job of cleaning up and removing all debris. All sales and office employees were helpful and professional.

Wonderful job! These men were here first thing in the morning, covered the roof with a tarp when it was about to rain, and then were back as soon as it dried enough for them to work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. FYI, there was additional cost above the original estimate because of rotten wood that was uncovered during the roof replacement.

We called them after the ceiling fell in our entry due to the old roof & torrential rain storm. They came out quickly to assess the damage and do a proposal for the repair. We were very pleased with the work that was done and the team was wonderful from the front office to the field team. I would highly recommend them for any needed repairs. Jeff and his company are local, and rather than making their money in one job...I get the feeling, they prefer repeat customers. I was pleased with their work(quick) and their clean-up. I will use their services again.

They are great and we use them for anything that comes up around the house. They will bend over backwards to make you happy. We still have some things left undone and we will use them when we decide to do them.
