Hired GB roofing to replace a simple roof, they had other jobs they were working on and they were trying to get them done before the storms.... understandable, however I had to constantly reach out for an update. I shared with Gene that he did not have to put the part of my fence back up that came down to get the dumpster in my yard. When they were done with the roof no one knocked on the door I was home) called etc... I wanted to tell them I did need the fence back up due to a delay in getting a new one. It has been 3 months and I have been promised over and over it would be done, the fence has still not been put back up! I have heard every excuse from I am out of town to waiting on a clear day. I am so disappointed. I hope nothing happens with the roof while under warranty because he is showing me what kind of service I will receive.

Paid to have a water damaged roof repaired. They left a soft spot in the back, to where if you step on it it squeaks. I'm not a rocket scientist, but I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be solid. You replace wood when there is a soft spot on any roof. Then to top the cake with icing, the back porch is now leaking. Sends guys to fix it and start walking in (unnecessary areas) of the porch roof. It's an aluminum porch regardless of what tip is on it. You could see the roof bowing. They do what he says, and caulk the drip edge. They did that, and now it's still leaking. Now the owner says we can call a screen company to repair it. The only reason it was damaged was because of your guys, why should we have to pay someone else. Send out a different crew that isn't disrespectful. He says, "No those are the people in charge of your roof." At the end of the day, the porch did not leak when you started, but your not responsible for the leak now. It's a cause and effect. Don't use unless you want to pay more money, to have issues they made fixed. If they fix the issue, I will remove this posting till then it will stand the test of time. We hired Glory Bound Roofing to replace a bad roof we had on the back of our house. They installed TPO roofing material since it was a low sloped roof. Not knowing anything about roofing, I think they did a good job on the install. We have had bubbles come up in the material in a few places but he assured us this is normal??? Gene came recommended by All Time Services so that's who we went with. The original quote was for $6000. I did tell him that if they got in to the project and found water damage, we wanted that replaced and that cost wasn't an issue. They did find more damage and we ended up paying an additional $1200 to fix this. I had no problem with that. We recently hired a company to replace our Super Gutter. After pulling back the facia, we found they had only replaced about 1/2 of what was bad. We literally had water rotted wood laying in the soffit. This is what we thought we had hired Glory Bound to take care of for us. Now I'm having to pay an additional $1200 to get this fixed before the super gutter can be installed. I contacted All Time Services about this and Jose came out after a phone call and an email. He tried to call Gene but it went to his voice mail and he couldn't be reached. That seemed typical when the project was going on as well. I would not use this company again.

Gene Creel, was actually able to do the job earlier than expected. We called thinking that it was a roof leak and when he came to give the estimate, he physically showed me the real problem which was our chimney causing the leaks. He recommended the best selection of materials to use and process that should be done to fix the problem permanently. Very happy with the results.
