+ -1 moreGator screen did an excellent job taking care of our patio screen needs. Besides the usual screen panel and door hardware replacement, we needed to have the cage "roof" removed so stucco repairs could be made above the patio. This seemed like a difficult task to me, but they made it look easy (other companies that came out to walk this were hesitant to take this on). It took a while for the stucco work and house painting to be completed, but Gator kept checking in to see when they could return to reattach the screen cage (we all wanted to get this done before storm season). They came back out and finished the screen and everything went great.
Description of Work: Remove patio cage roof for stucco work, replace screen panels, replace door hardware

+ -1 moreI had a complete re-screen back in April and they did a great job. Other screen repair companies I had used in the past were unresponsive. Gator Screen was fairly responsive.

+ -1 moreTerrible. They're nice people but completely unresponsive. And this is before the job when they're supposing to be trying to get the job. Imagine if there's a warranty issue.
Description of Work: Provider was hired to rescreen a pool. After requesting a service date 3 times over the same number of weeks, provider advised they had hired someone new and would get to it in 3-4 more weeks. Called 2 times and emailed 2 more to check status and not getting calls back. Provider is apparently too busy for my project.
