Hearing lots of scratching noises coming from the attic. Upon inspection I found an raccoon. Found Florida Wildlife Trappers, Leo, on Angie's list. Leo was responsive in coming out late afternoon on a Saturday. When he arrived I was not home yet and my wife was the only one home. Leo respectfully declined to come into the house until I had arrived. I was impressed. Leo inspected the outside of the house and determined the raccoon entered through a dormant furnace chimney. He set a trap on the roof and on two days later, Monday morning, the raccoon was in the trap. Leo came that day and removed the raccoon. that night their was loud squealing noises coming from the attic as there were raccoon babies still in the attic. Leo came back out the next day, Tuesday, and retrieved the 2 baby raccoons. No problems since. Through the whole process Leo was professional,courteous, informative and reasonably priced. He was humane in his treatment of animals. He walked with me around my house pointing out every area of my house which may be susceptible to pest/animal entry and explained how to fix the problem. There were no hidden costs or pushy sales techniques used. I would definitely use his services again.

At my horror on a Friday afternoon I noticed water dripping from my kitchen ceiling. I have a 2 story house and it was obvious that nothing was wet in the room above it so it had to be a pipe leak in the area running between the two floors. I called a plumber who repaired the leak and showed me the problem was from some sort of vermin chewing at the pipe. Within 2 hours after that repair and the plumber gone, water was raining from my ceiling again but in a different place! The plumber warned me this would happen once whatever was in the attic discovered there was water in those pipes; it would continue to gnaw at them. I turned the water off to my house and called my regular pest control company - they were clueless. In the meantime, my husband and I decided to keep the water off until we caught whatever it was chewing holes in the pipe. The regular pest service sent a guy out Saturday morning with a little trap and he stuck it in the hole in my kitchen ceiling where the pipe was repaired. My husband also rented an additional trap but we caught NOTHING all weekend ? and we had no running water because we were afraid there were more holes and didn?t want to call the plumber out again, and again $$$! By Monday morning I knew I needed a professional! First I called Wildlife Rangers with the most reviews on Angie?s List and left a desperate message ? 4 days later, I still have not heard back. Next I called Leo at Florida Wildlife Trappers who answered the phone and came out right away. He looked in all my attics and gave me a very fair estimate. Over the next 2 days, Leo and his helper sealed up the garage door, areas around my AC blower in the garage, roof junctions, J-vents, plumbing stacks and the chimney and put out many more traps in the attic. With no animals trapped for a couple for a couple of days, and advice from Leo that the animal probably left the attic to get water since my water was shut off, I got the plumber back in to fix the leak(s) to and got the water turned back on. I can?t say enough good about Leo and this company. They have been out here every day to check traps, give advice and also take care of the clean-up/sanitizing of the poop in the attic. Also included in the price is an inspection of the attic areas for other rodent damage to include chewed wires, ductwork and insulation. Leo answered his phone right away or called me back within minutes each time I called him to ask questions. I am very happy with his service and will use him again ? hopefully not with this same problem! He also offers pest wildlife removal at a discounted price to existing customers , which I may likely use. Next time a possums decides to burrow under my foundation or an armadillo is digging up my yard, I know who I will call!

We had been hearing noises in our attic. We called Leo based on prior reviews on Angie's list. He came that same day and gave us a fair estimate. He set traps right away for rats and squirrels. He came the next day and removed the squirrel caught in the trap. In the meantime he had found the entry point and repaired it, and also covered up all of the air ducts and chimneys. After being confident that there were no more animals present, he cleaned up the attic of any left over debris and waste. He ended up giving us a nice discount since he ended up doing less work than expected (only squirrels were found in attic, no rats) He was always very friendly, punctual and professional. We would definitely use him again in the future (hopefully we won't have to)

I freaked out when I returned from vacation to find an armadillo had dug huge hole by the side of my home right next to the pool water lines. I did my research, contacted various agencies and was dismayed at the unexpectedly high fees of $258-$420! However, I did find Florida Wildlife Trappers and spoke with Leo Cross who carefully explained the process and quoted $189 (far less than the others I had spoken with), plus, he did not charge for an initial inspection visit! With other agencies each visit warranted an additional fee (gulp!). I wanted the armadillo trapped and not harmed. I found the absolute nicest, most professional and honest person in Leo Cross. He is a person of integrity and stands by his word. Wow! I was most impressed and happy to have a professional do his work in such a superior manner. He came to my home and did the necessary inspection while carefully explaining everything. He called several times and visited my home to check on the progress - - without any further charges!! I was so impressed and relieved!! I no longer have the armadillo in my yard and i am most pleased. I would highly recommend Leo Cross as the absolute best and humane animal trapper in this area!
