It went very well. Brian and Ely came on Feb 17. They first sprayed the interior of my roof with a Radiant Barrier Heat Bloc and after it dried they put in a" Blown attic Insulation" (It looks like snow). It took the whole day to complete and there was very little mess. The following day Sylvia (Operations Manager) called to make sure that I was satisfied with the job and I assured her that I was very happy. I'll be really happy if my Electric bill goes down. Time will tell. I felt that it was worth the cost.

Technicians, were courteous, professional, on time and reasonably priced.

It was fine. The technicians were punctual, did their job, and cleaned up well after themselves. I’m happy with their services overall.

I don't remember the exact day or amount spent, but I have given good approximations. These guys came out and did a good job with everything that I was expecting. I don't know much about insulation but they helped me understand how we need to get up past the baseline R30 value mandated by FL code. They got me above that value and worked with me until I understood what I now have. They were very professional in terms of appointments, noise, cleaning up after themselves, etc. I am very happy and would recommend them again.

The story is long. In summary, Dan cares about his business but had poor communication with his employees. Things were not done in the manner in which I was told they were going to be completed. After several conversations with Dan and his employees, I determined it was due to the underestimation of the work involved in the process and the need for "guys to be working in stead of standing around getting paid to do nothing, while they wait for the extraction to be completed" according to Dan. Aside from the drama of employees quitting, the job took over a week to complete and TWO holes were put in my ceiling in two different places. I would not recommend them.

I called Daniel (the owner) and set up an appointment to come view the project house. He was quick and agreeable to set up the appointment the next Saturday. Daniel arrived at the house 10 minutes late and came in to discuss what we were doing. Immediately he started to tell me what he thought it was that I wanted. I interjected him and told him very specifically what I wanted and the reasons behind it. Daniel told me that I didn't know what I was taking about and everything I knew was wrong. He went on to tell me more about why I was wrong and how his product was the only way to go. He then told me that his product was "The Poor Man's Product" and that it works better than all the other products on the market. At this point I knew that I didn't want to work with him and he was not willing to listen to me. I told him my concerns with the product he was using and I asked him if he used any spray foam or traditional fiberglass insulation to which he responded "I don't touch the stuff, I don't believe in the stuff, and it doesn't work". He told me that I need to do my research in all of the product and went on to try to sell me his product. He finally finished his sales pitch and asked me if I wanted to go on with the project. I told him that he wasn't willing to listen to me and if he wasn't going to do so and install the product that I had requested there was no reason to go on. Overall it was a very bad experience and his products are good only for some situations and he is trying to use his one product for all situations. My biggest offence was when he told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and needed to do my research. Before calling him I had done months and months of research going to several other houses like mine and I had talked to the home owners, read up on all the ways to insulate my house, talked to other professionals, and had 3 other companies out to bid on the project. Based upon my research I know what I want and the best route for my project. If you have an existing house and aren't doing a complete remodel and want a quick cheap way to insulate your house his product may be for you however I wouldn't have him do the service.

It turned out good. They do the core fill in the exterior walls. They were professional. They did not leave a mess.

Went well since the boss was there to supervise.They got sloppy in a few areas with the spray and would have left it if the boss had not seen it or I had not pointed it out.Overall though I was satisfied with the job.

Daniel and his office staff were very professional, helpful, and prompt with both the estimate and the work.

The sales representative arrived on-time, reviewed the existing insulation and provided a written esitimate (via e-mail). He also provided a brochure on the insulation to be blown into the attic and some associated products. He followed-up with a phone call and patiently answered my questions. They advised me on the Progress Energy rebate, took the initiative to fill out the form and deducted the rebate from the bill. The work was scheduled promtly and the truck arrived right on-time. The workers were curtious and professional. The work was performed quickly and without any problems. They honored the quote even though they used two more bags than estimated.
