Description of Work: Carpet all second floor | |Went well but asked them to address a creak in subfloor when carpet was removed - they did not address - so still have creak. |Overall a good job other than that.

+ -1 moreOVERALL THE EXPERIENCE WENT WELL. WE HAD A SLIGHT ISSUE WITH THE BILL AT THE END OF THE PROCESS - IT LOOKED LIKE WE HAD BEEN CHARGED TOO MUCH SALES TAX.
Description of Work: RIPPED OUT OLD CARPET & FLOORING, PREPARED SURFACES, AND INSTALLED CARPETING. SALES PERSONS INSIDE STORE ASSISTED WITH CARPET SELECTION AND EVEN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET US A BETTER PRICE.

+ -1 moreIT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS, THEY SALES PERSON REMEMBERED ME EACH TIME. THE PRICES WERE ABOUT AVERAGE WITH OTHER DEALERS IN THE AREA, BUT THE SALES STAFF REALLY MADE IT WORTH IT. I WOULD DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED TILE FOR OUR HOME RENOVATION. WE ALSO PURCHASED CARPET AND PADDING. THEY ALSO HELPED TO DIRECT US TO AN INSTALLER.
