+ 0 moreInitially, a good experience and pricing seemed in line with other flooring retailers. Difficulty came when it came to refunds and/or exchanges. The owner of the company (name unknown) was very unpleasant to deal with. An error was made by me in the choice of tiles for my laundry room and the owner would not take the tiles back, even though I purchased from this company the additional tiles needed to complete the job. I will not use this company for any further flooring purchases.

+ -1 moreSales people were very knowledgeable to the different flooring they had in the store. They let me look and bring samples home to compare. They did not try to push something that I did not need.
Description of Work: Purchased new carpet and padding to replace rooms that had carpet removed.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Work was performed within 2 weeks of purchase. Installers took 3 days and were efficient, pleasant and neat. At the showroom, when we wanted a certain type of flooring, Merbau, they looked for another brand to get us within the price range we were interested in.
