Floor Crafters installed wood-look porcelain tile flooring throughout most of my home and they did a great job. They were extremely easy to work with, showed up as promised, completed the job as promised, and kept us informed throughout the process. We could not have asked for a better experience. Hector and Ali were a pleasure to work with. Ali’s “follow up” is like no other. She is one in a million! I highly recommend this company.

We had previously used Floor Crafters to install wood flooring in our living, dining and family room all with no T - strips. They did an excellent job then and they did not disappoint this time. Would highly recommend. First picture below is earlier installation in family room. Next two pictures show transition to tile in bathroom and hallway to master bedroom.

When I first contacted Floor Crafters, Ali in customer service was friendly and efficient setting up my appointment. Hector came to give an estimate for installing vinyl wood flooring. He was prompt, explained everything in great detail so it was clear to understand what they would be doing, and answered all my questions. From the time my order was placed to the day of installation, Hector, Ali and the customer service team were amazing in their follow through and follow up! The installers arrived on time, were clean and neat in their handiwork, polite, and most importantly did an awesome job installing the flooring. It was extending what we already had, and the joining was seamless. No one would ever know it wasn't all done at the same time! It was clear from start to finish that FloorCrafters cares about giving their customers excellent service and excellent craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them!

Everything went very well. All were punctual from the bid appointment to the daily work, which I very much appreciated. We had a complex plan for our shower install and Angel and his assistant did a fantastic job. Every day they left the area spotless and worked long days. I highly recommend the company and would hire again.

How fortunate I was to discover Floorcrafters To remove old and install new flooring throughout my home. Their price was the best of the three I got and their list of supplies was very detailed. This is my second time hiring Floor Crafters. Its been professional work every time. Cleaned up great as well. They did my tiles on my garage floor which I drive on with no problems and still look great close to 1 year. Highlight recommend. They would leave you disappointed

They did a wonderful job!!! When they did my bedroom, they even put the dust ruffle back on and then even made the bed!!!!!!! They asked if they could do anything else many times. I would highly recommend them without hesitation!!

Very prompt, efficient, and quality work.

Hector and his team were great from start to finish! They communicated well, the field team members were polite and showed respect for my home (covering my built-ins and tv with plastic to keep dust out). I work for a company that deploys field teams for exterior building maintenance. I know what great service is, and Floor Crafters nails it! The field supervisor came out the first day to set up the men and was clear about the process. When they realized that the areas where wood was removed had to be scraped cleaner so that the new wood plank tile would be level, they added another crew to do that. The room looks fabulous and is now safe to walk. They also referred us to another vendor and coordinated their work with his. I recommend them 110%.

I had floor crafters install wood in my dining room a year ago and just expanded that this month to my family room. No one could do a better job on the installation, my floors look fantastic and I would not have anyone else do the installation. The installers were prompt, courteous and extremely professional. The manager, Hector was also very responsive an accommodating. I would highly recommend Floor Crafters.

Floor Crafters did an awesome job on our flooring project. From the get-go they were professional, responsive and just a pleasure to work with. They replaced the flooring in our kitchen with tile and also replaced wood flooring in our family room that we had issues with. We had hired another company to do the wood work and that was a disaster. Working with Floor Crafters was a night and day difference. They were also very clean and the tile and wood work they did was perfect. They know what they are doing for sure! I definitely recommend Floor Crafters.
