Richard the other of Fletcher's Cabinets was prompt, very friendly and knew his job well.

Richard installed countertop on my kitchen cabinets. There was slight difference in height between the two. I asked him to take care of this issue to level the countertop, he said he did this but in fact he did not. As a result, laminate countertop got skewed. I only noticed this when another guy installed tiles on the wall behind. It looks awful. I asked Richard to repair the damage, he did not even answer my message or phone calls. It feels like he defrauded me.

Richard and Harry were awesome! They were courteous,prompt and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have someone work in our home and make my design plan and dream become a reality. It is hard to find a team that is conscientious about the job they are performing… with the dedication of doing a great job like it was their own home!! Richard performed kitchen sink recaulk and bathroom countertop laminate. Richard has been doing this for a long time and it shows. This is an easy way to change the color of your bathroom cabinet countertop. I am pleased with the quality of the workmanship and outcome. He also swapped out the bathroom sinks.

Excellent work at a reasonable price!

I requested that they remove 2 kitchen cabinets 38 by 17 and replace the back wood panel that had a hole, then drill the hole in the top of the cabinet for the light fixture. They did remove the 2 cabinets and drilled the hole But DID NOT replace the damage back in one he only put a bandage patch which looks Terrible! I did not let him put this patch on the other cabinet, it is sitting on the floor. Mr. Fletcher said I can just put something on the shelf in front of the patch, for this I paid $250, I have photos of the back panel. And now I am looking for quote from a real cabinet maker who can replace the 38 by 17 inches back panel.

Came home, gave an estimate, accepted his offer. Set day to do work. The day before he was to come to do the job he called to let me know he had a death in his family and he would be out of town for the rest of the week, to see to his family duties. I messaged him several times in the following 2 weeks to get an update on when we could complete the job, to which he did not reply to. If he had told me up front he did not want the job I would have been fine with it. After 3 weeks of washing dishes in the bathroom sink and cooking with an electric fry pan and a microwave, we are ready to finish this project and get on with our life. Now I have to get more estimates and waste more time to complete this project.

The shelf supports that were installed previously on our kitchen cabinets were of very poor quality and not removable. Some broke without placing much weight on them and because the wrong kind was installed, they would break if removed or nearly impossible. After a preliminary visit, Richard knew exactly how to tackle the job and replaced and or installed new supports (pins) that are of good quality and adjustable fairly quickly. Now we have piece of mind knowing our shelves and kitchenware are safe. Price was fair and work was completed in a reasonably efficient manner. We definitely recommend Richard.
