The repairman arrived at 7:30 am and he explained everything to me in advance. He certainly exceeded my expectations. He also made certain everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. My neighbor referred this company to me and I’m extremely pleased with their work.

Professional sales call with thorough measurement and condition evaluation. Prompt and detailed estimate given with a copy of license and insurance. All questions and concerns were quickly address by either owner, sales staff or crew. Installer was efficient and the job was expertly executed and the area was left clean. Price for job was very competitive with extras and included a warranty on materials and workmanship. Highly recommended.

It went great the person that came out to do the work got right to it did it Fast saw some other things I needed done that I missed had them do that as well, and will certainly have them back for more!

Good work for a fair price. I would recommend!

Gutter installation went fine, though they left huge nails and all types of gutter material in my yard. Checked the gutters 1 month after installation, and they were filled with water, despite no rain for the previous 5 days, due to a lack of draining. The standing water attracted frogs, which bred hundreds of tadpoles, causing a frog infestation in our yard. I have been trying to get them to come out and fix the gutters FOR 2 MONTHS to no avail. They are quite unresponsive and hard to get a hold of. Not a great experience.

I sent Florida Screen a follow-up note. We absolutely LOVE our enclosure. Dustin helped us tremendously with the design and he out did that with a perfect installation. They were also more than competitive with their price. I would highly recommend them.

Oliver sent a team within one day of my call. They were on time, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! I would definitely recommend this company!

I do not recommend this company. All was good and dandy until we had issues with our roof leaking. Oliver took over a year to send someone to fix it (after we filed a bbb complaint). We noticed it was still leaking afterwards and have been trying to contact him since October! He will not respond to any calls or messages. Very unprofessional! As the reviewer below me also had issues with owner responding. Save yourself from the trouble and hire someone else. I will be telling all my neighbors family and friends about this poor company.

Called to get an estimate. Oliver was polite, quoted and estimate and sent 2 repair men to assess and repair Lanai screen. Repair men disassembled part of the screen and when they encountered a loose frame, they decided to re-issue a new estimate. However, after several attempts of calling and leaving messages, we never heard from Oliver them again and the men never returned to put back the screws they removed from the screen.

All was great! From the first contact for quote with Oliver Cappo to the extremely professional crew of Dustin and Michael who came out for the quote and actually did the job. They went over everything with us, answered all our questions, did a fabulous job, clean neat excellent work. Everything is perfect. Looks beautiful, even better than we expected. Dustin and Micheal were such a great team. They worked together well and completed every detail with precision. These guys know what they are doing and have pride in their work.

The work was done well. It took a little longer than expected but it was done well. Also, one thing was initially done incorrectly and they came back out and fixed it quickly.

Excellent work. Will recommend to others.
