Did a search on Angi List on a Saturday night and John called less than 5 minutes. By Sunday 8am, he was present. Did an assessment and on Monday morning had my chimney fixed. John is very humble, honest and very respectful. Clearly someone you can depend on. Work done was extremely professional and I did not have to break the bank.

They did a great job, but I had to follow up with them on the timeline for starting the job. Once I called and asked about my project, that was over 2 weeks past the estimated started date they didn?t say anything about the late start but started within the week and completed on time

Josh was professional and quoted me an affordable price on gutter repair. The job was done, and now no more water is leaking down the side of my house. On another occasion, I called this company for possible loose shingles on my roof, and Josh came out and checked my roof, and was honest about my roof's condition. I highly recommend.

I cannot even begin to explain what a poor experience I had with this company. To start, Josh had no intention of listening to me when I tried to tell him what was wrong with my roof. He assured me his solution was the right one and disregarded all I had to say. After the repair, the company double charged me for the work. When I called the company, they assured me there was no way they could double charge and it must be my cards issue. When I called my card company, they told me it was resolved on the company end, and that the company fixed the double charge. One big rainstorm later, it is raining in my house and the repair (that I told the guy would not fix my roof) DID NOT fix my roof. When I called the company back to see about getting a new roof instead of a repair, Josh actually LAUGHED at me MULTIPLE TIMES and told me I would just have to deal with it raining in my house because he could not help me until the spring because he is just too busy. I picked this company because of all of the fabulous reviews I had read, and they were all absolute lies in my experience. I have never felt so disrespected by a company before, and I have never been so angry about the way I was treated over a service I paid for. I will NEVER recommend this company. If you want good customer service, and work that is done correctly, look literally anywhere else.

What you get from BHI is expertise, efficiency, attention to detail, a very accommodating and agreeable manner, and fair pricing. They did my roof, complete with new plywood and top quality shingles, my siding, and replacement windows. I was thrilled with every project. I recommended them to my very fussy big sister in Hinkley. She was delighted with her new roof and found BHI great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Barbera!
