Description of Work: Did not get the chance to use the service. The provider had said that they will call me before they show up but i did not get any call and so no service was performed.

Description of Work: Great service and very conscientious. Joe (our tech) took his time to do a complete analysis of our system and explain his findings and recommendations. After sitting unused for almost a year, our units needed almost 10 lbs of coolant. When Joe ran short for our second unit, the business owner, Greg, personally delivered an additional tank within an hour...on a saturday afternoon..These guys go the extra mile! Oh..BTW, 2 weeks after the service call, Greg contacted us to let us know he was sending us a check for almost $100 for a discrepancy he discovered in our billing. I found our new A/C guys..

Description of Work: estimate didn't include the replacement of the coper drain, sales person indicated that it wasn't needed, if problem would to occur in the future no warranty will cover the incident.saleperson told me that there is a new way now to ensure that the line is fine prior install but didn't feel confortable.

Response from Facility Pro Tech
The Copper lines (the lineset) are expensive and if leak free the replacement is at the home owners expense and option. Per A/C manufactures advice it is reusable. I would hope he gave you the option but suggested to not replace it at that time as it could last another 20 years. He gave you good advice. You should be happy with that. Gee, an honest sales person working for an honest company.... Where's the problem.
