Brad came out looked at what we needed, was very straight forward and honest throughout. Said when the work would be done and that's when it was done. He was very knowledgeable about this field and we are considering doing the photovoltaic with them this summer. Great staff Great service Great price A+!!!!!

Brad was great at showing up when stated or called to make you aware of any needed changes. You were not left hanging looking at the clock. Any follow up needed was handled timely and your call was received in just as friendly and customer service an orientation as prior to the initial sale. The installers were pleasant. Our utility bill did go down. We can not wait until we have saved enough to go ahead and purchase our next solar system from Brad which will be a pool heating system.

On Wednesday, as promised, Brian showed up at our house at 10:00 AM, which was the scheduled time. In a relatively short time, he was able to diagnose the problem, which was that the solar heater was not switching to electricity when there was no sun.He reset the breaker in the breaker box and installed a new cold ball valve. From start to finish, Brian was able to repair our heater as well as answer a lot of questions that I had in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the work he did, and his professionalism. On a side note, he said that the first company that I had called, who couldn't come for 2 weeks, does both sales and service for solar products. Because his company is mainly service, they try to keep someone available at all times, which is why he was able to come on short notice.

Worked well for about one day...then a one-way valve stuck open which allowed the water to circulate "in reverse) at night which cooled the stored water down from 140 degrees to about 110 degrees in a matter of just hours. Instead of replacing the valve with a new one "in-kind", they installed an electrically controlled valve (which is an upgrade) and covered the upgrade in cost as a warranty item (i.e., no charge).

Brad Launs is a Certified Solar Contractor (CVC56749) and states he is the principle owner of Everything Solar (a Division of Everything 4 Pools, Inc). I contracted with him primarily because of his apparent honesty, extensive solar experience and his ability to negotiate/execute a contract ?on the spot? without having to waste time getting approval from higher authority. And as a civil engineer with extensive construction contract administration experience, I wanted detailed contract language which is not usually included in standard forms that most contractors want to use; hence his willingness to negotiate a non-standard contract was very important to me?as was his low, competitive price among 3 bidders. Since he has only held his license since 2/4/09 and because my system was to be his first free-standing, taller than normal, double ?rack? ground-mounted installation with extensive computerized monitoring equipment, I expected the road to completion might have a few bumps in it?which it did. However, whenever he encountered a situation he wasn?t fully competent in answering, he was quick to make contact with another professional or a manufacturer?s rep on-the-spot with his ?Blackberry? to get an answer. Since his Division is basically a 2 person operation (him and a secretary), he relies on sub-contractors to get most of the work done and I was especially impressed with his electrical sub (Brian Miller of Professional Electrical Services in DeBary). Regarding timeliness, the contract was signed 4/12, engineering completed and permit ?pulled? 4/26, system operational 5/26, city?s final approval on 6/25 and Progress Energy net-metering device installed 6/29.
