From my beginning phone call to the estimate and installation this company was courteous, efficient, and technically competent. Their communications during the entire period were clear and easy to work with. All in all I highly recommend this company and am appreciative of friendly and excellent service. Certainly one of the best.

My wife and I returned from a visit to Birmingham, AL for the birth of our first grandson. We stayed in Birmingham 2 weeks to help out with the baby. When we returned on Thursday the Master bedroom and 1/2 of the house was 87 degrees and one of our AC units wasn't working. I called English Air and explained our problem. They were able to send Dalton over and sure enough the compressor had a fatal problem. This was the 2nd compressor we had replaced in that unit (TRANE). Dalton sent us an estimate to replace the HVAC unit and after discussing it with my wife we agreed to replace the unit. We signed the bid and emailed it back to Dalton thursday night. After a very uncomfortable night sleep, I received a call from English Air and they asked if anyone would be home Friday morning. I was excited to see such commitment to service and the Unit was installed on Friday by Roman , Dalton and 4 oher techs. We sept well Friday night and every night since. WE love the new Daiken HVAC unit. It's quiet , efficient and with a 12 year warranty, I could not have made a better choice. Thank you English Air. Thank you Roman and Dalton, and the crew. English Air is totally reliable and professional. I would not use any other company in Orlando for AC replacement or repair. Punctual, professional, courteous, communicative, fairly priced and knowledgeable about AC repair and replacement. Fully satisfied with English Air's work. Looking forward to many years of trouble free AC with my new units. I have four AC units in my house.

We have received great service from English Air! First, some history. After moving into our home we found our Trane 4 ton air handler to be broken. After wasting time with our home warranty company we called English Air. They were recommended by my sister as they had installed an air con unit in her house. I called them on a Monday morning and Anton arrived very quickly, same day ($85 service call). He inspected the air handler inside and out then diagnosed problem as a crack in the drip pan valve, I think you call it. (I could see the cracked part from the outside of the unit.) Anyway, he ordered the part from Trane so unfortunately it was expensive and had to be shipped. Roman installed it on Friday and also modified the float switch so it wasn't sticking out and was less likely to break the drip pan again. As we also purchased contracts for 2 pre-season maintenances for our other two units, Roman completed those services as well. On June 7, we had a problem with a unit dripping water from the weep hole between two valves instead of triggering the float switch. Anton recommended we try changing the air filter to see if that stopped the dripping. He texted back the next day asking if it had worked. It didn't. Roman came and fixed it that day. (The day after I called.) Cost? Zero, because we had a maintenance plan! Such great service.
