Description of Work: Flooring the wood product is nice and has held up well. The laminate looks like plastic and is not holding up it has started delaminting and so far I have not been able to get them to look at it

Description of Work: Gave salesperson a $50.00 deposit which he said would be returned, but it was never returned. the salesperson gave us a price which when we compared to other reputable flooring companies exceeded the cost by $2000....Salesperson made what seemed to be phoney calls to see if they could extend certain discounts and then advised us if we moved fast that some portion of the discount could be extended...I regarded this a high pressure and not genuine, but worst of all said the our deposit would be retuned and it never was and that has been at least 8 monts ago.
