Went well....got my shower doors and am happy

Probably the worst company I ever had to deal with.... I needed an shower enclosure installed.. Made an appointment to take measurements...they had to cancel and re-schedule for the next day.. ok no prob..The girl who came out take measurements told me they could have the enclosure fabricated in a few days or so.. No prob, I gave her a deposit... Well, a week later, and no word from this company, I inquired, got a nasty note saying we will contact you once the material arrives.. hmm.. Well, another week later I got a call saying "we will be there around 10:00 am tomorrow to install you enclosure".. 10am arrives and no call no show.. hmmm. I called and spoke with the owner, and he said they will be out the next day... Really? wow.. not even an apology... so the next day the installers arrive and about 30 minutes into the job they realized the measurements were wrong... And they also didn't know how to cut into tile?? Really? They called the owner who actually asked me if I could cut the tile?? huh? So they finally figured it out and also had to re-cut much of the metal work. After about 7 hours (should have taken around 4) they were finally finished..hooray! But wait.. the dark metal work had scratches all over it.. they said there is a special paint I could use.. huh? I have to paint this too? err. So they went on there happy way leaving a huge mess.. they did not clean up at all… left 2 big tubes of halfway used calk and big piece of metal lying on the floor.. well, after more than an hour cleaning up the huge mess they left me… I decided to write this wonderful review about this crappy company… Do yourself a favor, If you need any type of glass work, shower enclosures, windows, windshields, etc, stay far far away from Empire Glazing… there are many other better options available
