+ -1 moreKristen Soltys, of Eminent Valuations in Orlando, did a house appraisal report of my father's property in Merritt Island, Florida 32952 on 2-17-2016. Kristen was right on time when she visited the property and considerately contacted me quickly on the date the appraisal was due to be finished, to let me know that it would take an additional day. Kristen was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable when she and her assistant examined, measured and photographed the property. The report I received was extremely thorough, detailed and well done. Kristen is a state certified general real estate appraiser (Formerly with Diversified Property Specialists, Inc.) and has 14 years of experience appraising many types of real estate throughout central and Northeast Florida. I am very pleased with the appraisal report provided to me by Eminent Valuations. I highly recommend them to anyone who requires an expert, reasonably priced, professionally performed and thorough appraisal report. She is also very friendly and responsive to her client's needs. I would definitely do business again with Eminent Valuations if I needed another appraisal.
