$25 bottle of sealer.... i was beside myself.... once applied you can't go over it with anything else.... after spending 10k for new floors...the entire look was ruined. after confronting him, what word still needed down was done poorly....

They were late 3 days, and after 1st week on the job they decided to go start another job. While they were working they scratched and dented my stainless steel refrigerator doors. They did not want to replace them. The workmanship was good but the petty things I had to deal with on a day to day basis was ridiculous. I would highly unrecommend this company.

Good initially, but after the job was done I started to notice chipped tiles, and other imperfections. A crack in one tile had grout applied to it, in (what appears to be) an attempt to cover it. He fixed that tile, and another cracked tile, but used a different shade of grout than the rest of the shower. I did not see this until the grout dried, or else I would have spoken up while he was here. I have expressed other chips/minor imperfections in the tile/craftsmanship. He agreed to fix it when I had the materials he needed. I let him now I had the material, and haven't heard back, he does not respond to email and his phone is out of service.

James was referred to me by my co-worker who had flooring installed in his home. He came out and gave me a free estimate for the work I wanted done. He was very professional, friendly and on time. He was 1 out of the three companies we received estimates from. We ended up going with his company to have our work done. We set up a start date signed the contract and the work began. He came on time to start ripped out all of the existing flooring and took down the tile in our bathrooms. He and his employees were neat and efficient they removed all the trash and kept it a clean as possible. The whole project took about 4 days. I had hard wood flooring and tile put through out the whole house, as well as my 2 bathrooms remodeled. They're work is wonderful. I get so many compliments on it! He also offers a 1 years warranty for the work that he does. They were also a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend his company. :)
