ELITE AWNINGS

We put down a deposit of $925 for 3 awnings. Mr. Albin, owner was extremely difficult to get hold of. I kept calling for a copy of the contract for me to review the measurements. Never provided it until the awning were completed. When his employees arrived and installed the awnings, which were mismeasured and assembled to close to the side of the house. He promised to provide Velcro inserts for the 2 others areas and to fix the mismeasured awnings. We sign the contract which he initialed the repairs and additions that still needed to be made. He said his employees needed to be paid. We paid him the final amount of $925 ($1,850 total). He promised to make the repairs. I told him my husband had to look at the awnings when he gets home from work. He was fine with that. I spoke with him on 9-10-09 after trying to get a hold of him on his company number and with leaving messages. He was annoyed and said he would come Monday, Sept. 14th @ 11 a.m. My husband stayed home from work and Mr. Albin never came or has returned any of our 23 calls. We are greatly disappointed in their customer service. All we want is for our awnings to be what we paid for and for him to follow through with his commitment.

We've used this company twice before. This is the third set of awnings that we've purchased in the past 12 years and we're very pleased with the way that they look and the quality of the workmanship. John is very professional and friendly.
