They cleaned my roof. Very courteous. Nice father/son team. They thought they would be cleaning gutters, but were flexible and did the roof.

He complained to me that HomeAdvisor gives him only bad clients and they give clients more pros information, so he is not exclusive, etc. He was taking it on me. So I told him he could leave if he wanted to and I can call somebody else. He insisted on doing the job. He did half a job first, cheated badly, so I told him I did not see him touch a lot of areas. He almost finished the job in less than 20 minutes. He was kind of argumentative so he started all over I had to stand in there with him to make sure the lady on the roof who did not speak any English did a good job. He never climbed up there only the lady did all the work. I had to supervise him to make sure he did not cheat again. I called him on it and he was argumentative. He was speaking Spanish the whole time with his partner. He thought he could do a lousy job because he thought I did not understand or speak Spanish. Very bad work ethics. I will not recommend him at all.

Window tracks were to be included in exterior cleaning. They were not done at all. There was even dirt on the window visible by standing in doorway. They did offer to come finish with 3 days notice. Idk why bc i dont need to be here.

Holy cow! My windows looked so clean, it looked like I didn't have windows. My blinds were very dirty and they looked new.. And, oh my gosh, I thought I was going to have to tear down the wooden fence and they cleaned it and it looked new! No exaggeration...I was thrilled.
