lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreI called several lawnmower repair shops in my area, but could not find a part I needed for my lawnmower. I then called Eastside Mower and Paulie? was very courteous on the phone while I described the part that I needed. She told me that the shop had the part (based on my description), so I headed out to Bithlo to get it. The first part they brought out was close, but not the exact part I needed. After a couple of minutes, they found the exact part that I needed and charged me the same price that the manufacturer was charging online. Unfortunately, I left a piece of my old mower attached to the old part that I had Eastside throw away. I called Eastside and explained the issue, they found the piece in the garbage, sealed it in a bag and had it waiting for me when I returned. I told them that I was a member of Angie's List and was going to give them a positive review.
Description of Work: Found a correct part for my lawnmower.

lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreSee above, very unprofessional wouldnt recommend them if they were the last mower shop in Florida
Description of Work: They are an authorized Toro service agent and Toro sent me to them to have my string trimmer fixed. Called them on 9/24/12 to find out the process, Michele said they would call me back the next day and never did. Called today 9/28/12 to see what needed to be done, Michelle put the manager Dave on the phone who told it me it was not his responsibility to repair or exchange my trimmer I didnt get it from him and to go back were I got. I explained what Toro told me I needed to bring it to him and he told me he didnt care what they said he wasnt going to do anything for me. I told him I was going to call Toro and register a complaint and he told me like h*** I will.
