+ -1 moreThis is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever encountered. It is a husband and wife operation providing such great customer servicer I will never use any other carpet cleaning company. Ginny answers the phones and Bob comes out to your home to complete the cleaning. He is knowledgeable and has extensive experience in the industry. Any questions on stain removal he can answer. I had just purchased a home and needed the carpets cleaned. He worked extensively to get out the stains in the rooms saving me from having to replace the carpets in the bedroom. The carpets had not been replaced by the last owner and as such, the stairway was not salvageable. This company is honest and ethical which is something seldom found in today’s world. Bob came out two years ago to clean a used couch I had purchased. The customer service I experienced at that time resulted in me saving the name and number for any future projects. It was two years later, and I am very glad I went back to this company.
Description of Work: Cleaned 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairway.
