They did an excellent job for us. we had them vacuum up the water and pull back carpet and remove the wet pad. We completed the drying ourselves after they left. We looked them up in the yellow pages and they appeared to be local. They were actually located in Orlando, this caused a slight delay in their arrival.
Description of Work: Workers responded to a water heater leak. Vacuumed up water, pulled carpet back, cut out damp carpet pad.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my kitchen. Dryfast was called to try and save the wood floors. They tried very professionally to dry out the floors, but the water had been on too long. The company worked well it was a physical issue not their fault.

 + -1 moreThey di rremediation after water overflow on floor. I thought there parces were very high. They took off wood work and told me it would be replaced after drying. It was tossed instead. they did deduct from bill whoen I complained. l thought their bill collections methods were heavy handed.

We had a flood in our house from a plumbing leak. Dryfast came out and responded to dry out the house. They worked very well with our insurance and filed all necessary paperwork. They were very nice to work with and very professional. They had good advice as to how to work with and engage the insurance company.

They were very good. I was quite pleased with them.
Description of Work: They came in and removed everything that had gotten wet and dried the damaged areas with fans. They took the carpet and everything out, cleaned the carpet, and took my clothes and got them clean as well. They also repainted the rooms.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. They were very prompt in getting two gentlemen out to do the job. I called at 10:00am in the morning and she had them out by 11:45am. They first looked at what needed to be done and came back in a few hours with their equipment to get the job done. I had major water damage from a leak in my sunroom, that was from a very bad roof repair. I got more than my moneys worth. They removed everything. Cleaned everything. Brought in all of these machines to sanitize everything, there was black mold growing so they left this machine in there for three days running to make sure the whole room was completely free of any infectious mold spores. They wiped down what I wanted to save with this special cleaner and took away everything else. They were there all day working hard until 6pm. I would recommend them. I have had bad experiences with other companies with trying to get them out in an emergency and they defiantly came through. Eddie and his partner, I can't remember his name were great to talk to and it was a pleasure meeting them.
Description of Work: Removed Damaged Flooring (which was all of the flooring) It was not salvageable, it was plywood for a studio that had been soaked for a couple months. Removed all Items that were not salvageable, due to black mold. Brought in heavy equipment that sucks up moisture in the air. Sanitized everything with a special product on what could be saved. Cleaned everything and brought the original floors underneath back to looking brand new, which were the original ones from when we had enclosed it from part of our pool area. Looks great since I use it as a work studio. Hauled everything away and cleaned up all debris. Left a sanitation machine in their for three days to make sure all toxic black mold pores where gone, area was free of anything harmful from the flood and to sanitize the air.

Their bill was exorbitant for the work performed and included charges for multiple services that they did not do. Also watch out for the mark-up on the square footage.
Description of Work: Had to call the office several times to find out why they had not shown up. The technician did not have the proper paperwork with him to give me an estimate. I had minor water damage and black mold in the boss's office so I told him to proceed. He ripped out laminate flooring and a small wall section. Provided the machines to dry out the office and sprayed the mold.
