Description of Work: Was advertised as a reg priced ~$120 pest service, but was primarily a sales pitch for monthly / bi monthly service. There was a treatment applied but the bugs in my house remain. I called the technician back a few days later and he told me I would need to buy the service plan. Very disappointed. That's why I rated professionalism a 'C'.

Description of Work: Ants were still plentiful after service was performed. They sprayed inside and outside.Not sure what the chemical was, it didn't leave any odor but I feel that it didn't really work.

Description of Work: Put bait under sinks at water sources, at windows, in garage and brushed down all spider webs. He was very nice, polite and informative. Answered all our questions concerning what he was doing and what there continued service was. It only took him about 30-45 minutes.
