Description of Work: I used them twice to eliminate the roaches. The second time cost more and it was more thorough. There was some miscommunication the second time due to me rushing out the door. I did not know that I would have to leave the house and my pets also due to the spray. Over all he did a very good job.

Description of Work: Was advertised as a reg priced ~$120 pest service, but was primarily a sales pitch for monthly / bi monthly service. There was a treatment applied but the bugs in my house remain. I called the technician back a few days later and he told me I would need to buy the service plan. Very disappointed. That's why I rated professionalism a 'C'.
