Description of Work: A few weeks ago, a very polite and professional young man arrived and explained in detail what he was doing and the results I should expect. He treated both the interior and exterior of my home. I was delighted that the following day the ants which had plagued me for months had disappeared. Pure genius! I signed a contract for continuing service on the spot. | |So a couple of weeks ago, I noticed spiders were tiptoeing around the house again, so I called and got an appointment. This past Thursday another polite and professional young man arrived (He will be my on-going pest control manager) and he also treated both inside and outside of my home. When he was done, he asked if he could call me in about 10 days and see how things were going. I said, "wonderful!" He also told me that anytime I'm working in my yard and buy bagged mulch, I should call for a treatment, which is at no extra charge. And then he left a service checklist, showing what had been done, at the front door. Very nice! | |I find this company is exceptional! They call if they're held up in traffic and will be even 5 or 10 minutes late; they put on shoe covers when entering your home so they don't track anything in (I really appreciate that); and their service contract provides for even putting out traps for rodents! So if you get an unwanted Mickey Mouse in your walls or attic, Drake will encourage them to vacate the premises, all at no extra charge. | |Also, they give a Senior discount, which is a nice feature for those of us on Social Security. | |I highly recommend Drake for your pest control. | | |

Description of Work: Dug ditch around perimeter where possible and then injected chemical into soil. Covered soil after treatment. Was performed more quickly than I expected. Mt only followup was to rematch perimeter after final leveling. I expect them to contact me annually for followup on effectiveness.
