Description of Work: Groupon offered a special one time deal for $59 which I purchased. The Drake fellow was very nice and at the end of his visit he told me about all the Roach excrement that he found (but he never offered to show this to me!). I have lived here for 4 years and have never seen any evidence of Roach excrement. This fellow was exaggerating the facts in order to sell me a yearly contract. I do not trust this company any more! I will not use them again.

They did a good job.
Description of Work: Came by the house to bomb the house for an infestation. Within 20 minutes of him being in the house he's asking questions regarding my boat and taking miscellaneous items and continues asking more questions about my things. Let me remind you none of this regards to what he needs to do for his job. Well he said he had to bomb the house so I leave with my dogs. And return within 15 minutes to him playing pool in my house! I walked in and he had my pool stick in his hand. Supposedly he "bombed" my house but had no smell of chemicals. Will never be returning after this follow up!! Follow up: 1/24/2017 Manager came by and he did a great job.
