Since they've begun servicing my home, I no longer see bugs in the house when I arrive in town. They also have come back out to spray inside if I call because I see something.

I had Drake Termite and Pest Control treat 3 houses that I own about a year ago. I told them that I did not want any yearly contract and that I just wanted the houses treated. The chemical they use is Thermador and is suppose to last eight years. I paid them for the initial treatments without any questions. I just got a bill for a FOLLOW-UP they claim they did that I did not know anything about. They have billed me $398 and claimed that they had been on my properties and checked for termites and that I owed this money. NO ONE knew that they came onto my property without my permission. HOW CAN YOU CHECK FOR TERMITES WITHOUT GOING INTO THE HOUSE?????? The salesman that I signed the contract with told me that I had just a one time treatment program and asked me to sign some papers. Now they have turned me over to a COLLECTION AGENCY AND THEY they are trying to collect monies for which I DO NOT OWE.I will never use DRAKE TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL for anything.

We had been so pleased with Drake's fertilization and spray service on our yard, so decided to use them to replace some declining areas of our sod, even though the price was a bit more than other companies. They removed old sod and replaced it. We followed their watering instructions, but are disappointed with the quality of the sod. It had sod webworms and many weeds. Our regular service technician,Keith, has been responsive, but his supervisor, Cory, appeared uncaring. This new grass is no better than our old sod and we've spent $1050 on the grass and $450 in extra waterings.

They take care of all the spider webs and insects around the house. They check out everything and brush out everything to get all the spider webs on the roof area down. They really go around the whole perimeter. They will check out anything indoor if I have any issues. The mosquito control really seems to be working and I've noticed a big difference. The price seems to be pretty good. They don't really do anything inside; they spray outside to keep the pests from coming in.

I've been using Drake since moving into my new house in a new neighborhood in June of 2010. They are doing an OUTSTANDING job on keeping my yard looking beautiful. While so many of my neighbors have been forced to resod or struggle to keep their lawns beautiful, Drake has ensured and helped establish a healthy St. Augustine lawn in this challenging Florida climate.

We've had trouble with killing the weeds in our yard. Maybe it's something with not being able to use certain chemicals in Florida that doesn't allow them to kill them, but what good is the service otherwise. They doubled their price as well when they switched from monthly service to bi-monthly.

Drake started maintaining the entire lawn and shrubs about three years ago. They did fine at first. I actually recommended them to 3 friends - All three have canceled due to poor service. The service has steadily gone down hill. Last straw was having the tech ring the door bell to tell us he was applying fertilizer IT WAS POURING RAIN. When I showed concern that this might be a waste of time and chemical he said " I am not applying liquid fertilizer it won't was away". In disgust I shut the door and called to cancel the account.

One thing I like about Drake is that the sales manager goes to the different communities and will actually come back and check on your lawn and offer you recommendations. Anyone that uses Drake at our country club, has the most beautiful of lawns.

VERY poorly. And when I tried to cancel the service, they required a notice in writing. They said I could fax it but their fax machine is always busy or the transmission wouldn't go through due to poor line quality.

Awful!!! They treated on Monday by the following Saturday our lawn was turning brown. We called and were told to wait until Monday. We called on Monday, nobody could make it out until Thursday. By Thursday all of the new lawn was dead. The supervisor of the golf course where I live and others that have knowledge in the field said we had an infestation of sod web worms. We were showed the web worms, the underside of the lawn looked like it was moving. Drake spayed once more with very little difference. They came back over several weeks later to tell us that there was nothing that they could do. They said that our grass died because of root rot not sod web worms. They will not honor their guarantee that if grass or plants die because of insects they would replace for free. They will do NOTHING for us. Now we have to re-sod again.

Drake Lawn of Orlando came and took care of my problems which were termites in my driveway and insects in the house. They also do my lawn spraying. They were here on time and I would recommend them to anyone because they do quality work.

Indoor pest control is the only thing they got right. But I still have tons of fire ants all over my yard and my weeds are out of control. After a couple of lawn treatments they recommended re-soding due to un-controllable weeds. This is a brand new house and yard. Why sell me service if you can't help my yard? Also I have received 2 other offers to perform same work for less money. Basically they don't do good work and are over-priced. I called and discontinued my service and they offered nothing. No discount, no explanations, and no attempts to fix the issues.

THEY ARE RELIABLE, AND THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO. HOWEVER IT'S HARD TO ESTIMATE THE RESULT BECAUSE IT ISN'T SPRING YET. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE RESULTS WILL ULTIMATELY BE UNTIL THE SPRING AND SUMMER.
