I bought a special on Angie's List to spray for pests. The service man arrived on time and was professional. I was only having him spray a rental that I was moving out of as it was required by the lease since I had a dog. I do not know how the pray worked as I did not live there anymore. I also did not have him spray outside.

Excellent! Outstanding! This is definitely the best pest control co. in the area. The representative was on time, professional, friendly, courteous and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. The service provided, indoor and outdoors was thorough. Most importantly however, I learned a lot from Craig, who educated me about how to manage and control a serious problem with a flying insect that had invaded my home. The customer service was outstanding. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Drake Termite and Pest Control or with Angie's List. My experience with Drake Termite and Pest Control is the classic example of how Angie's list improves the lives of everyday Americans. I probably wouldn't have chosen the company if I was just picking from the ad in a Yellow Book or Yellow Pages, but Angie's List stood behind this company and was 100% correct. This incident ALONE has been reason enough for me to tell everyone that Angie's List is for real and that if you don't want to mess around and get ripped off, it's imperative to use Angie's List when doing business with a company you know nothing about. Drake Termite and Pest Control is the best.

I gave a gift coupon to my mother-in-law. She made an appointment and they showed up promptly as agreed. They were thorough with their inspection and spraying. They found termite damage inside her home. My mother-in-law is very choosey with vendors, and she liked them enough to continue with regular exterminating service. That is the greatest compliment she can give!

I made an appointment for Drake Termite and Pest Control. Another member of my household was supposed to be there to meet them, but he said that they called and he said he was 10 minutes away and they did not wait. I called them to reschedule and explained what happened, and they told me that they had waited for 30 minutes, and had explained that they had spoken with other workmen who were at our house at the time. I knew then they had come because otherwise they wouldn't have known there were other workers present. They made it easy to reschedule, and came by and sprayed for pests. I think everything went well as we didn't see any pests around for a couple of months. They eliminated sugar ants in our kitchen.

Tim was a very professional and knowledgeable technician who responded. He was on time and was thorough. He answered all of our questions. He finished within the hour and rescheduled a return bug check next week. He gave a brochure of other services the company offers. The prices are reasonable.

I arranged this service for my Moms residence. From my very first contact with them, everyone at Drakes was exceptionally pleasant, helpful and accommodating. My Mom has a couple cats, and the service man was very kind and cautious with them. My Mother says she has never had such pleasant and effective service. Any time I had a question, the folks at the office were friendly and helpful. Our satisfaction and confidence in them is such that I have contracted them to continue maintenance services. A very important part of this report is that I am located in Connecticut, and my Mom is in Florida....so you can imagine that competence and confidence don't come easily from that distance. I want to add the the folks at AngiesList have been most helpful in helping me get my Mom the help she needs. Thank you all!!

we purchased the "big Deal" but i guess we didn't read all the fine print because what we really wanted was not included in that price. I was interested in a one time pest treatment period. when we found out the deal was not really for that issue we went ahead and further purchased a bi monthly pest control service. to tell you the truth I wasn't crazy about the situation but the tech was nice and the company seemed Ok so I went ahead. I have been happy with their service / on time/polite/made follow up calls/but it still seems a bit pricy to me.

He talked incessantly as he worked, giving me little opportunity to question what he was doing. He explained that there would be no guaranty of the effectiveness of his work unless I signed on for regular follow-up treatments and, since I had only had the one problem (with the black ants) in the 20-something years I had lived there, he said he realized that I likely would not be asking for follow-up treatments. Within two days, the ants were back.

The service was good. I just paid the price of the big deal.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out good. I was about to call them back because I am seeing a few little bugs pop up here and there, but overall it is a good service.

VERY THOROUGH! Checked every nook and crany, even behind switch plates in kitchen and under sinks. Found evidence of rodents as well and pointed it out and told us how to handle it. Professional, clean, (wore booties over shoes) pleasant.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out quite well. They did an exemplary job and after they finished, I decided to go ahead and sign up a service contract with them. They came out the same week I purchased the deal because we had bug issues. I would definitely recommend them. They stopped the frustrations we had. They were very good with what they did.

Felipe came earlier than set appointment and we discussed what type of service he would be performing and told me that chemical he use for pest control is eco-friendly and nontoxic to humans and pets. For $43 I paid for this service, I definitely got my money's worth.

Brett was very professional and punctual. He sprayed the interior and extior of the home for bugs. The treatment did not work on the problem in the kitchen as I hope.

He was pleasant and the work was done as expected except there were a few ant hills next to our house but since they did not touch the house there would be an extra charge to spray them. One was a few inches away and the other touched the patio enclosure and not the actual house. But for the price the job was fine.

I haven't seen any bugs or anything like that, but the rodents are still in the ceiling and so forth. I was satisfied with the service, but I know it's going to take a little bit of time to get rid of them. They came out within a day after I called them. There were extra charges because it was a situation that was not covered. It's going to be an ongoing every other month payment, which will add up to $305 per year. The guy that I'm dealing with seems to be very nice and is willing to work with us on everything. I have no complaints at this point, however in about four months if the rats are still here I'm going to be upset.

It was good. Their scheduling was good and they were on time. They were quick and the individual was experienced so he knew what he was talking about.

The first time they came out I was told that I needed to get fog out the ridge of the head so I scheduled a followup appointment and they had forgotten, so it took two weeks longer than I thought it would be for them to fog up the roaches. The putting of the fogging machine at the second time was really annoying. I would use them again.
