I was really happy with how this went. I had said that I had seen a wolf spider and showed the guy a picture of it and he made sure to ask if I wanted a certain spray for those kinds spiders even though it was rare that they get in houses. He was very thorough and did the inside and outside of my house. He even found and took care of a wasp nest outside that I didn't know was there. The only thing to be aware of, and I'm not even sure this is a con, is that they will try and sell you pretty h****** the monthly service. I went for it since I thought it was a good deal and I hate bugs but it's something to be aware of. Also, you can cancel any time without penalty. I even googled around while the guy was doing the house to see if there were any good deals on monthly service but this was pretty reasonable. Overall I was happy with the service and would recommend it. They were punctual (the guy was even a little early), personable, and professional.

The service was good. It easy to schedule the appointment and they were on time.

It went very well and they did a good job. I paid online on Angie's List for the service. They would charge me $60 every 2 months to come out and spray again. They were very knowledgeable about their job, he knew what to do, he knew the areas to spray and he was very good at his job. He came in, he also put shoe covers on the shoes, give a full check at your house and he was a very good young man. Their price was good and very reasonable. A person could afford to pay for it but if it's getting higher, I probably cannot afford to pay for it.

The technician Craig was very professional and thorough. He found a few ants and silverfish; treated them and explained what I could expect. He was so impressive and pleasant, and the Angie's List special was so good, I went ahead and signed an agreement with Drake for an every-other-month visit!

We were very pleased with the service. Would recommend Drake and will use them in the future if we have a need.

They came out to spray for ants, inside the house and out. They claim they do that, and they came out and did not do that. I have ants worse now than when they came here. The lady, would not let me talk, she runs off at the mouth. She has no customer service experience. I would not recommend them.

The tecnician spent almost an hour and half treating the inside and outside of the house. Opened up electrical reseptecle to feed pest control pellets in the dry wall. Applied liquid treatment to under kitchen and bathroom sinks, roof eves and foundation walls.

Drake, service manager handle my call and it was a pleasure to work with him. he explained everything to me so I would understand it. I have them coming back once a year to help make sure that I am taken care of.

It went very well. I ended up signing up for the two month treatments. I also signed up for the termite prevention as well. They were very professional. I hope that the continuing treatments go as well.

The technician arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and did the installation. He was pleasant to deal with. I was pleased with the service.

Service was scheduled for 1:00 PM Wednesday afternoon. AT 12:30, I got a call from the office that the exterminator was running about 10 minutes behind. He promptly showed at 1:10PM. He was very professional and asked what kind of pests I was having trouble with. He used various materials for the pests. different kinds of bait and traps. He explained each to me as he went about doing his job. He was very thorough, He even got out a broom to remove spider webs from outside of house. I was extremely pleased with the work that he had done and signed up for a one-time follow-up treatment. The one time is because I haven't had pest control service in about 15 years.

This was an AL Big Deal. My experience with this company could not have been better. Craig was punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. This is the kind of service we wish we got from all our service providers

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out okay. I guess they really focused on inside problems. I had some issues with ants and that sort of thing around the outside of the house, which I was not pleased about. They did exactly what they said they would for the price. They came out fairly promptly after I purchased the Big Deal.

All went very well. The service man was very prompt; explained what he was going to do; and, went through our entire house (inside and outside) looking for potential infestations and treating the home to prevent pest problems. He was very thorough and explained to us what we should look for in the future if we think we might have a problem. The service man who came was very professional, polite, and friendly. We will definitely call Drake again if we have a problem.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a very good job. There were no additional charges. I did a contract with them because I was that impressed. They came back in two weeks to make sure that everything was taken care of and was treated, which was something that they didn't advertise. It was a courtesy to make sure that everything was fine. I liked them so I use them full time now.

He was very nice and a good explainer. Overall, I am happy with this. Although, I have a lot more ants suddenly running around. And that I think was due to a flush out of what was in the walls. Now the ant problem is gone. I will use again.

With in 3 days I did not see any live roach and have not seen any since. I have signed up for a one year of service. Will let you know how it went after a year.

I'm 77 years old and this was the best exterminator service I've ever received.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. It was well done and they were punctual. The quality of the work was really good and I did not have any other out-of-pocket expenses. The gentleman who came was very courteous and explained everything to me.

After three visits, I have seen NO roaches. Thanks, Drake. I highly recommend this business.

The service was good and it was right on. The service was very thorough. The guy tried to sell me an upgrade for continuous service. I am not interested until I see what effect of the service is. If I start getting bugs then I might not be happy.

The estimate and walk through went very well. I did not use their service at the time due to other reasons, however when the time comes for me to need a pest control service, i will be contacting Drake.

The pest control I was doing myself wasn't working and I saw the Big Deal promotion and decided this was the time to try Drake out. Everything was a breeze, from setting the appointment to signing up for service. I was very impressed! Craig was so informative, personable, and really knowledgeable about what he does. It was refreshing, actually! I am completely confident I will continue to get that level of service from them as long as I am a customer. I especially liked that I didn't have to sign up for a contract or automatic payments or any of that to use their service...and for a reasonable price at that! No hassle factor with them. I LOVE that! So far I've definitely noticed a difference! The critters I'm finding in the house are dead ones (which I like much better!), and I am confident that the little buggers won't be getting in at all anymore. Completely satisfied customer here!

The technician introduced himself and the services he would provide for that visit. He explained why he did what he did. He did a a thorough inspection of the house inside and outside. He applied bait for the pests and insects inside and outside. He knocked down any wasp nests etc. I felt he was very thorough in what he did. He spent about 90 minutes at the house. He wanted to be certain I understood and was satisfied. The first visit was done in a fashion that if called back for future service, they would build on the initial visit.
