Professional and not pushy. Great service.

The technician treated several areas of the house's interior then treated the exterior perimeter. He was very thorough and took his time. He swept the exterior for cobwebs prior to treating. He explained that I might still see some insect activity for a few weeks after his service. In truth, I observed an immediate effect the next few days. I continued to see reduced activity over the next 5 to 6 weeks. After a couple months, I have not seen any insects for about 2 weeks. In comparison to other companies, the deal was an excellent value. Other companies might charge upwards of a couple hundred dollars for an initial treatment. Drake's philosophy of keeping the critters from entering afterwards seems logical. They offered a contract that provides a regular treatment of the exterior every couple months and upon necessity, re-treatment of the interior.

They arrived exactly on time. The technician was very nice and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do and took his time completing the service. I was very happy with the visit and signed up to have regular pest control services with them. I would highly recommend them.

I was very impressed by the technician. He was prompt (to the minute), explained all the chemicals he was going to use, and told me a lot about insect behavior (probably more than I wanted to know!). He did not rush through the job and I feel like he went above and beyond in trying to rid my home of an infestation of ants as well as spraying to rid the house of other Florida pests. He also swept away the many mud wasp nests around the house. Even though this was a big deal service, I was so impressed that I signed up for a yearly contract in spite of the fact that there was absolutely no pressure to do so on the part of the service provider.

I took advantage of an Angie's deal. It has been two months and I can state now that the work done was effective and thorough. Of course, their goal was to have me sign a contract for service. Because I wanted time to see how effective the service was I agreed to one more treatment, and only one. So I signed the contract thinking I would confirm the one time agreement when I received a call that someone would be out for service. A technician arrived about two months later - no advance phone call - and I happened to be home. I then learned that the continuing service involved automatically treating the outside of the house and that if I needed treatment indoors I had to call - however, the contract/agreement does state "regular services will consist of an exterior treatment". So my suggestion is that the technician should go over the contract details with the customer. Also it would be helpful if the tech explained ahead of time what they will do, although this is documented after the fact on a checklist.

Basic pest control. Did a thorough job. Explained what they were going to do. Said they would return if there were any problems. Happy with their service.

Removed all electrical wall plates and sprayed and put everything back the way it was. He did cabinets, bathrooms, crevices, outside of the house. He did the garage. We were very pleased with his work.

He did a good job and was very nice to work with. He arrived on the day and time as scheduled. I felt he did a thorough job and he spent close to an hour doing the pest control.

10/25/2013 I don't remember the date on the service, I will have to search between all my papers to find the date the technician came into my house. He inspected my house and found pest traps from another company, I had this service before and I canceled it, because I though it is overpriced. The technician assumed the house is infested, called his office and declare that he could not do the treatment they advertised, but a deeper treatment that would cost five times the price I paid. We didn't get to an agreement and he left. 12/03/2012 The owner called and explained to me that the technician that came to my house was a recent hire that no longer works for the company, Drake sent an experience technician that is the regular one for the are with 12 years of experience. He review the traps and declared that the roaches were not the infesting kind and they were dry and old, so there was no infestation in my house, he asked me if I still wanted the service and I said yes. He made a thoroughly work inside and outside the house, I haven't seen a roach since then. He was courteous, respectful, informed and very professional, I have changed my mind for Drake Termite and Pest Control.
