It was a really great experience and we look forward to using their services again! James was very nice, informative and was great even with our pets. He checked everything they needed to and more! Inside cabinets, all power outlets, every room, the garage and outside the entire home, as well as our back porch.

They did a great and efficient job. They came out immediately, and I was very pleased.

I found Drakes on Angie's list with good reviews, so i decided to contact the co. for a cockroach problem. They were able to schedule around my work, and the rep. showed up right on time! He educated me as to my problem (German cockroaches), which happened to require a more costly treatment (disclosed on the offer), but still honored the promotional offer. Within a few days I noticed a huge improvement! After 2 weeks, they reached out and scheduled a complimentary follow up, and they could find no roaches! Needless to say we are very satisfied with the service and results, and will not hesitate to reach out to them in future, although I hope it's no time soon :)

Service provider was prompt and professional. Did a thorough job inside the house and outside. Appeared very knowledgable and professional. Met all of our expectations.

Everything went very well and we are very happy. Before they came we had some roaches and since they have been to our home we haven't seen any.

Very through evaluation of roach problem we had and identified German roaches. Paid the additional fee for these and they treated the entire kitchen area including every drawer runner and all areas needed. Very good job and made one return visit two weeks out for a final check and a treatment of Dishwasher door.

From the moment he arrived, I was delighted at his friendly demeanor, his absolute professionalism and his VERY thorough explanation of what he would be providing. I bought the angie's list deal for whole house pest prevention for $38 because I had seen a few ants on my tile floor. The company called the next day to schedule the appointment. They came out quickly, treated the whole house, explained the option to sign the yearly contract but didn't pressure me. They also told me that there is an upcharge on the angie's list deal if I had an infestation, but luckily I did not. I have not signed up for the bi-monthly service because it costs more than I want to spend, but I will use them again if I can get another angie's list deal.

Angie's List special. Great experience, great service. Will continue using them.

Very professional and service oriented company. I bought the Big Deal to have them spray prior to moving into my new townhome. I gave them extremely short notice since I purchased the deal on Thursday and needed the services on Friday to move in over the weekend. They contacted me by email and phone immediately and scheduled to come out Friday morning. I was pleasantly surprised and even moreso with their service. They arrived on time and were quick, efficient and no upselling as I had read in other reviews. I would definitely recommend them a d use them again in the future.

They quoted one price and quoted $69 for follow up.

Wet weather showed increase in palmetto bugs. Came out within 48 hours of purchase and treated house.

Richie arrived a little early of our appointment and when straight to work will a overall indoor and outdoor inspection. He then explained the processes for the treatments that he would be performing. He need a great job and I even signed up for a ongoing service with the company. Overall, very cost competitive, punctual, and professional in their services.

I told them the problems that I was having. They were able to give advise. The serviceman was professional and explained things as he went along. I haven't had furthur pest problem. I signed up for thier maintenance program.

Very professional and thorough. This was one of the Big Deals so it would have been a lot more without that but regardless, the technician was very informative and conscientious. He did an excellent job covering all areas where pests could enter. I was very happy to get the service. I would certainly hire them again and will when I am ready for a termite inspection.

I started with a preventive pest control. The appointment was set up very quickly and Greg arrived on time. He explained what he will do first. Then he sprayed around the outside of house, in kitchen and bathroom along the wall and cabinets; put baits in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, by drainage and behind electric switches. He also sprayed along garage wall and put some baits in the garage. Very detailed work. I also asked him to estimate the cost for termite prevention treatment. He gave a very reasonable price plus extra discounts if I continue with their pest control service. That's what I did and I got a great price for termite treatment that nobody can beat. The initial termite treatment also went very well. I'm very happy with their service.
