It went very well. They were very knowledgeable and very thorough. The service was done probably about a week or so after the first visit.

The Drake person - I am sorry missing his name - came on time, explained us many things about various bugs and the various treatments. Our house was pretty ok, but once in a while we used to see cockroaches and ants. However, after the treatment it seems they all are gone for good. I am very happy with the service, the thorough job he did, and the pricing for that.

My experience with them was excellent. They actually came twice. They were professional and on time.

It was very good. They explained everything. They told us what was needed and what we didn't need. They did a thorough inspection and did spraying and dusting.

My experience was great. I've used two different companies and this is the first company where we don't have live creatures crawling around the house. They did their job, obviously. I'm on a contract with them, so I will be using them going forward.

I would use this service I believe but I had to ask to have pest control inside my home too. when I called I wanted interior and exterior treatment services.

Did not come the first time the appt was scheduled , called and said they'd be late after they already were so rescheduled since we had been waiting around for them to arrive . The person who I was told was going to do the service isn't the one that showed and the person introduced himself and it was a different name than was stitched into his inform so let me kinda uncomfortable eapecially with small children at home . I would definitely not recommend this service to anyone ..... Thought it was going I be a good deal but feel ripped off even after paying only 39$

Drake pest control technician responded in a timely manner and was very courteous and professional. The technician did a great job explaining the procedures he would use to protect my home from insects and termites. He sprayed my entire home doing a thorough job as well as provided a detailed brochure if I needed more service in the future. I was very please with his professionalism and knowledge of pest control. i would hire Drake Termite and Pest Control in the future....thanks for a job well done!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent. He was responsible and got there on time. My contractor was there and he was able to answer any questions as far as perimeters and what he was doing so that was very helpful. He was timely. He was very kind and gracious because my contractor wouldn't let him in the first time so he had to come back. He was there on time the second time. I did not pay any extra so the price was reasonable.

It was excellent. We haven't taken up their business for pest control but we have surpassed. That's all eliminated pretty much and we also extended our plan with them to the yard. We've had them for 3 months or so and you can already see the difference. They have quality service and product.

They were great. They were on time. He took a little bit longer than expected but they did a really good job. They were a very thorough and professional company. They do a good job. I think we signed up for bimonthly service.

While we have not had any issues with some bugs we were seeing around our house such as silverfish and spiders, we still ahve seen a few cockroaches. Using some cockroach bait traps have pretty much eliminated this problem, but I expected the pest control from Drake to fix this problem. Their technician was very friendly, puntional and professional.

Very polite technician, knowledgeable. No high pressure tactics. Haven't had any bug problems since service.

I had ants in the kitchen and he tracked where they were coming from and treated them. He explained all of the inside and outside treatments he was doing. Very professional.

It didn't go. I explained above that I hired them for pest control through Angie's List, and they called me and said because of my address it looked like I lived in an apartment, and they don't service apartments. I called them and told them I live in a condominium, and they said they don't service them.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out good. They charged a little extra for this service. It took care of the problem, but it cost more than I thought it would.

Appeared to be thorough, but I've seen no improvement in pest activity. (Which was already pretty low)
