That service was good. I was happy with their service. One employee came out and it took him about an hour to do the treatment.

It went great. Kriss was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was looking for. He treated the interior and exterior for pests. Very thorough and well worth the money.

It went well and we are now customers of Drake. We get regularly scheduled perimeter sprays and inside if needed for a very low cost.

The exterminator was very polite and helpful. Explained everything that he was doing as he went along. He arrived on time and answered all my questions. I was very happy with the service.

They have eliminated the ant issues we had and continue to come out each month and treat the outside of our house.

It was okay. The ants apparently are back. I am not living in that home full time because it is a vacation home but my cleaning lady has been there and she said that the ants are back. I do not remember the final cost of the service. They told me to call back if there were any problems and I thought that there were and I called back and they seemed a little confused about how they were going to handle it. The girl in the office said that they would come out and then they called back and said that they could not come that day. And then, they called back and their manager just seemed a little impatient that I have not called and it was my understanding that I was supposed to call. He also said that they do not have to come out because the situation was just normal. It seemed like there was a little confusion about what was normal and what was not. I felt like I was doing what I was supposed to be doing and he seemed like he was forcing himself to be polite and pleasant to me. I did not see any reason for him to not be because I thought that I was doing what they had told me to do. I have nothing to compare their price to. I am going to use them again at least for the near future because I am tied in to them now with the termite plan and then I guess I will see how things go.

Craig diagnosed the problems and worked to correct them with the appropriate tools and pest control products. He also assured my husband and myself that after the product had dried that it would not cause harm our toddler son. This gave us a great peace of mind knowing that Craig cared enough to sit down and explain the physiology of the process and made sure that our questions were answered. Craig was very personable and we would prefer for him to be our regular "bug guy."

I have had them back to retreat and they responded rapidly and did not charge. I really like the serviceman and the service is top notch.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. I didn't pay any additional. They were on time and they did a good job with the pest control on the bugs and everything was good to go. They were very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. They did the job and got rid of the bugs.

I scheduled for monday at 9:30am and at 9:30 am Kriss from Drake pest came knocking on the door, he explained to me what he was doing along the way as I followed him around the house. He treated some of the areas I was concerned with as we've had an on/off issue with wasp's near one of our electrical boxes. Treated around the outside perimeter of the house as well as in the garage, also treated kitchen area with spot treatments in each cabinet, behind electrical outlets, etc. The moved to the bathrooms where he did the same.

I was pleased with the additional information that was given to me as am homewner.
