Wonderful! They went above and beyond.

Everything was fine and I wound up signing for monthly service. the only thing I was not crazy about was that he told me it was a requirement to have my account debited . I am not crazy about companies that require you to let them direct debit your bank account.. although, so far I have not have any problems with them because of it.

The service technician arrived promptly and was very professional. He explained what he was doing and why. We have been extreamly happy with these services.

The service turned out fine. I thought the fellow that came out was very professional, and very pleasant. I am going to be signing up for their regular service, and they will do my termite control as well. It is going to be the same fellow who comes out every time and do it, and I like that. My house is assigned to one guy, he has the territory, and so he will be providing the service, and so I think it will work out very well. I do need them to come back out, because I am starting to see little ants and things like that show up. I can't take up another service right now because of my budget. The price of the big deal was very good.

They were fine. I hired them to start coming out every two months for the exterior and they'll come inside if I need/want them to. I appreciate that I don't have to be there when they do the work. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal.

Technician was awesome. I couldn't be happier as long as I don't see a spider tonight, I am extremely happy. He explained everything in detail and then followed thru with treatment. I would highly recommend the company and the technician.

The deal was great, but the company (Drake) was purchased by another company (Orkin) in the 2 weeks since I purchased the service through Angie's List. Somehow the appointment details were not communicated and a service technician did not show at the scheduled time. They were responsive and apologetic and someone came out later that day. Luckily I was not inconvenienced due to other work I had going on at the home.

We finally did it after talking about really needing to get termite protection done. We are so pleased and delighted to have Drake come to the house and do the termite treatment. They were very professional and courteous. So nice to have piece of mind that this is done.

They came on time and promptly...Our tenant decided to buy the bi-monthly service which saves us money!

We bought the Angie's list deal for initial pest control service. We were contacted the same day and Filipe, from Drake, came out a couple of days later. He explained their services, treated our house, and explained their service plans to see if we wanted to continue. The service was great. In fact, he's come out a second time so far and asked how things were going. I mentioned that we'd had a few bugs and he was almost upset that I hadn't called to have them come out immediately. It's part of their service, and not an additional charge. I ended up apologizing for not, but am quite happy that they feel this way. They've taken care of our pest problem, which involved ants and spiders. Filipe is always friendly and professional when he comes out. Great place.

The technician was prompt and professional. Ghost ants are incredibly resilient, so it took three trips to get them under control, but we haven't seen any in awhile. The initial treatment is a loss leader for Drake, and due to the infestation, we enrolled in their monthly service which seems to be in line with other companies and less expensive than many.

The gentleman that came out was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing as well as what type of pests he found (i.e. roaches that seek water vs roaches that seek food, etc). He also explained what services they offer with enthusiasm, but was not pushy about getting us to sign up for regular service. Also, he was running early, so called to ask if he could come about 30 minutes before the scheduled time!

It didn't. The deal was not as advertised.

They're really good about coming out immediately if I have a problem. If I have a problem where they have to specially treat, they come out as many times as I need and there is no extra charge. They keep at it until the problem is solved. We had a problem, because the weather is so warm, we had fleas because we had a dog and they came out time after time and treated the inside to get rid of trees and then with the white footed ants because of my neighbor's banana tree, I think he came out every two weeks for almost two months until we got rid of the white footed ants and again there were no extra charge for each time he came out and treated. I like the fact that all of that is included in our service. There is no extra charge every time he has to come out.

He was very easy to work with and he was very knowledgeable when I asked him some questions. He took quite a bit of time going around the house and there were a couple of places where I asked him if it was pet friendly and he made sure that it was. So I was very pleased with him and I have not really seen any bugs and so whatever he did and what he used seemed to have got rid of the ants. It was a nice experience. They also gave me a quote for an extended contract where they would come periodically. He even added a discount for seniors. But I did not choose to continue that. Price wise was a good deal and very fair and something which everybody could afford to keep away pests. They were there at the appointed time. He was willing to sit and go over what he did and how it was going to work and answer all my questions that I asked.

I cannot express enough how WONDERFUL this company AND it's employees are! I cancelled my initial due to kitchen floors being torn up and they bent over backwards to reschedule when plans changed at the last minute and I COULD see them on original appt date. The tech squeezed me in but when I complained about a recent invasion of "sugar ants", he took extra time to treat thoroughly and investigate where they were coming in from. He explained everything he was doing and every treatment he was using in detail to me. I just wish Drake treated lawns!! I had another company that starts with an "H" over to give me an estimate for the lawn. They were SO PUSHY and full of typical sales ploys. They just left you with a disgusting feeling. Unfortunately, I know they do decent work so I hired them for the lawn. As soon as Drake starts that service, I AM SWITCHING IMMEDIATELY!!

He explained to me how they do pest control. I bought a yearly service to come over bi-monthly. James is a super nice guy and really cares about his work. Wouldn't hesitate to use Drake Pest control.
