They do good work, I do not like the fact that they do not call when they are coming, but the work is good. Now I use them quarterly.

They sent someone out, but they were not able to resolve the problem, and I had to have someone else come out later from another company. Their customer service was fine. They were easy to schedule with and the guy was on time.

We were having a very bad German roach infestation especially in our kitchen area. We keep the home spotlessly clean and dry and have been spraying frequently over the past few years with the usual store bought roach sprays and even used that old standby Boric acid powder. Since we are subscribers to Angies List we looked up pest control firms and decided to go with Drake who had received good reports. Called on Monday June 9 and they sent a serviceman the next day-name of Craig. He inspected all over and indeed said there was evidence of German roach's. I agreed to their yearly service which is less expensive than to just call when needed. $ 180 for the initial service and a one week follow up and then $ 61 every other month for outside treatment. With the yearly agreement they will return for inside treatments whenever I need them at no extra cost. Craig did return a week later and treated the inside and outside once again. It is now a month later and the roaches are about 95% gone. Still see them once in a while especially in and around our dishwasher. I will call them shortly to do another inside treatment.

I emailed all information including the site address to Drake. However they went to 617 Anhinga, not 610 Anhinga Road. This caused my tenant to have to reschedule,even though I also gave them his cell phone to contact him and it was only two houses away. This is unprofessional.

Excellent. Craig knows his stuff and killed the ants that had taken over our house. Our son also loved him. The price. Is well worth it!

No problems other than I had the pest control treatment in Feb. 2014 and you can only do it once a year. Drake Pest Control phone representative was very nice and said she would contact Angie's List also to explain the situation.

It has been good so far and they come on time. I have a yearly contract with them now. They were also easy to get in touch with for the initial appointment. All their workers that they send out are good, and I have not had any problems.

The gentleman who came was very professional and friendly. He did an excellent job or explaining everything he was doing and of offering tips and advice. He took no longer than needed but was still very kind in not rushing me through my questions. Before leaving he explained the cost of ongoing service to me without being pushy about purchasing anything extra. In the end, because of the great service and great price of ongoing service, we signed a contract a week later. I would recommend Drake to anyone who needs bug care services!

A few days after the initial spraying, we found a cockroach in a closet. The manager came out and sprayed only that closet. We have since found more roaches but we are not calling them back.

Went well. The person was very experience and he was knowledgeable where to look and apply chemicals. Explained to us why he wasdoing what he did.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was very good. I know he didn't charge anything more than the big deal price. He did a really thorough job, inside and out. He was very professional and very clean, and being clean makes a big difference to me. He had a clean appearance and the vehicles were clean looking. He did a clean job and I didn't have to clean up after him. So that was very important to me. He was very inexpensive in terms of price.

It went great, he sprayed every nook and cranny. Took down wasp nests. Really knew what he was going. It is now about six months later and we are just started to see some bugs back so it lasted a long time.

So far this company has exceeded my expectations for service. The woman on the phone was well-spoken and intelligent. The technician was on-time, thorough, and friendly.

We live in new construction so bugs can visit in waves as they are displaced. Drake came out as part of a Big Deal a few days after we moved in. Richard was polite and efficient and didn't try to upsell us on their services which was appreciated. We waited for a few months before signing up for their services because we wanted to verify that their treatment worked. It did! Our biggest concern was ants and they passed right by our house to bother our neighbors. We signed up with Drake for a great monthly price and have been happy with their service. We love that 'emergency' calls are included so we aren't charged extra if we see a wasps nest or ants in the house and need a visit between our regular appointment. We researched quite a few and discovered that not every pest control provided that service as part of your monthly rate. We highly recommend Drake!

It went well. They were quick, they were professional, and gave me nice advice. I would recommend them to anyone. They were pretty good. It was excellent! My problem was minor so they did not have to come back. Their pricing especially on that coupon was really good. They came really quickly, they came on time, and they made an appointment so that was really good. It was great!

We are still using them and we are very happy with them. They effectively treated our house. My wife set up the contract and they do pest treatments to our home once a month. We pay $61.00 a month.

The provider contacted me after I purchased the deal through the Angie's site. They were professional, quick to reply, and able to make an accommodate my schedule well. The company representative showed up on time for the appointment, discussed what services I'd like to have performed, upsold me a bit (only a bit!) and then immediately went to work. The whole visit lasted about 35 minutes and I did not have any visible pest issues for several months after the work was complete. I was very happy with the service I received with Drake.

The service man inspected the entire house and the yard, then gave us an assessment. He cleaned under the eaves, treated an ant hill near the front walk, and sprayed all around the house.

We have used their service since. Their responsiveness was excellent. Their communication regarding the chemicals was good. They let us know the chemical they were using was not harmful to people or to pets.

Our previous treatment for termites(different company) was due to expire and we bought the "Big Deal" from Drake for a retreat and bond. A very friendly voice from scheduling called ME the morning after purchase to set up an appointment. The technician arrived as scheduled and explained in detail his entire process and he also answered our questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company.
