Richie came on time and he was very helpful in explaining me what he was going to do. I decided to upgrade the service from just termite prevention to repair service for termite damage. Richie was also very helpful in signing me in with the office and getting me a quote. I recommend this service provider.

Unfortunately Drake refused to honor the big deal because we purchased a similar deal within the last 12 months. Their scheduling person used a condescending tone when explaining this to my wife, which then led to an "up sell" pitch. I would probably use them in the future as the service we received earlier in the year was very positive, however this overall experience was disappointing.

It was a townhome and they were unable to provide the service.

The tech toured the whole house looking signs and entry points for insects into the home. In the process of inspecting the house he also knocked down spider webs and the start of a few wasp nest. He was extremely through in assessing the issue of the ants. He also explained that to get the ant infestation under control it would take a few retreatments. Took the time to explain how they are getting in and where they're getting in.

Technician was thorough and helpful. He showed me a few places where bugs could be getting in and recommended ways to resolve the issues.

Got the weeds but killed about 30% of the grass in the process.

The technician was on time and courteous. The pest control service was very thorough. He listened to my needs and concerns and as a result I am signing up for continued service with Drake.

The technician arrived on time, introduced himself, asked if we were having any problems and I advised of a German cockroach problem in our kitchen. He did advise that it would cost more to treat for them, I told him to just go ahead and do the regular treatment. He sprayed inside around the rooms and outside around the house. He put dust in our outlets in the kitchen and a liquid in the cabinet door hinges to kill the roaches. He was very thorough and very neat. I have seen dead roaches in the kitchen area, so whatever was done has helped. Also, I have not seen any roaches in our garage area, which always has had palmetto bugs in the past. Very happy with the service!

I'm on a contract with them for $60 every two months and they charge me that every other month but like a year contract. They were very good and very knowledgeable about the problems we were having and everything.

I bought the Big Deal for treatment inside your home for bugs from this company because I used them for my 10 year termite treatment and was pleased with their service. The same was true for this household treatment. They are very efficient , prompt and the service technician was very knowledgeable.

The technician was very punctual. He answered all my questions and applied the product. As far as I know, all is well. This was a special Angie's list deal and I think it went well for the price paid.

The service was fine. We ended up signing up for an annual treatment plan with them. They have been responsive if we have any issues in between treatments.

Provider too far from my house and did not use

On the day of the appointment, the technician was running late, so I recieved a phone call from the home office to let me know. I really appreciated that. They did a "crawl space" treatment. The technician was very kind and answered my questions. Including, letting me know he treated for subterranean termines, not drywood termites. That he found no living termites, but did find past activity. He recommended replacing a few boards on our deck and fix a leek at the faucet. He also let us know there was no activity detected anywhere under the house (just the deck). That gave me great peace of mind because I was really worried. I would use Drake Termite and Pest Control again.

Our Tech (Dennis), inquired what are predominant concerns were and gave us a detailed explanation on why, and what his plan of action would be. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. The only pests we've seen since have all surrendered. Happy customers here, thanks Dennis.

Dennis arrived on time. He was very professional. He explained everything. He said the chemicals to take care of the ants, and palmetto bugs/roaches would work well and in spots he had to make a heavier coating. I didn't believe him when he said that it had very low smell to it. I have a very sensitive nose and when they say that, usually I am gagging for a week afterward. Not with this chemical. I was very pleasantly surprised. Very very low odor. Very impressed with the service. I showed him the "hot-spots" in my home and he dowsed them a little heavier. He concluded the visit with a contract for bi-monthly services that was lower than I expected for this level of service. I chose to wait to see how well the product worked on my mobile home. Dead bugs are popping up in places I didn't know they hung out, so this is good. I will most likely be adding the service for my home. Others in my community are paying $99/3 treatments of interior only per year. Drake Pest Control pricing averaged to approximately $30/mo and would be consistent control. My home is currently for sale and he told me that I could transfer the service to the new owner. I highly recommend them.

Home pest treatment from Angie's list deal. The service person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He really went the extra mile to make sure our concerns were addressed. The deal was a come on for regular pest service. They would like you to sign up for regular treatment every 2months. Around $62 per treatment.

The company rep was fine...came on time and was apologetic that there was a $100 up charge to treat roaches....I told him the offer should disclose that, when in fact it said roach treatment was included in the $38 price
