The service technician was very attentive to detail. He was prompt and on time and we intend to use this company for future services.

I found Drake through an Angies List Special two years ago, and then switched to them from my former provider. Drake provides excellent and timely service at a very reasonable cost. Whenever I have had specific questions on the insects leaving wood borings or the animals leaving a type of scat, Drake has correctly identified and treated for the pests in question. I am very pleased.

I currently do not have what I would describe as an insect problem but I felt it would be a good idea to start a program. I've lived in this home almost 2 years and am tired of the seasonal sugar ants (or whatever they are called) and have seen an occasional palmetto bug etc. Ive used ant baits and glue traps but the money spent on a pest management program should be well worth it. The technician was polite, courteous and informative. The first step was to sweep the soffets and treat the exterior of my home. He treated the kick plate around the interior of my screen room as well. Next he came inside. He treated the kitchen then the laundry room and two restrooms. Finally he treated the windows at the corners where they slide when opened. He did a thorough job and explained that should I need them they will come back at any time in between scheduled applications. The product used was safe for me and my animals to be here during the application and should have a residual lasting until the next treatment. I look forward to not having sugar ants make a bee line for my poor cats food anymore.

It went really well. They explained exactly what they do and also other services that are available. We live in an area that has a lot of bugs. They did a great job clearing out and spraying for them. My daughter is no longer afraid to play on our patio :-)

When I purchased the deal I was under the impression the deal was for home and yard treatment of bugs. After the estimate was given the deal price included just the house and though they were willing to transfer the amount toward just the outside of the house, the additional expense of doing the yard was way out of our budget. Brandon was very helpful and I was very impressed with their professionalism but it just comes down to too much money.

Dennis is a great guy! Really professional and took time to explain what the treatment would accomplish. Put on shoe covers before entering premises. Would definitely call them back. Highly recommended.

I found Drake to be very professional. The person who came was very informative, explained what he was going to do inside for pest control and out. Neatly dressed and very clearly marked on his shirt that he was from Drake. I used one of their specials for this job but will certainly use them again with or without a special.

Manny came and fogged the kitchen for bugs. We had Terminex coming for 4 years and Manny killed more bugs in one day than Terminex did in 4 years. He is a very polite young man and very professional in what he does.

It had been years since we had hired anyone to treat the house for pests (did it ourselves). I was very pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of this company. Outside the house, he removed wasp nests and treated anthills in the cracks on our patio area, and thoroughly examined and treated the eaves as well as the base of the house. I was expecting the old-fashioned spraying of baseboards indoors so I was pleased that is no longer the case. He treated the sockets in the kitchen, under the appliances, the cabinets, bathrooms, and the windows throughout the house in a manner perfectly safe for pets or children. He inquired about any specific problems we might be having and was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company.

The pest control tech explained everything that he was going to do. He walked around and provided treatment inside an outside the house. We had a problem with spiders and ants and they have now disappeared. The treatment process for each quarter was explained and they will come each quarter to provide treatment.
