First of all I can not speak highly enough about this company. I had them come out last year for preventive treatment and did so again this year. Both people that came out were professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. If I ever have a problem with pests I would absolutely sign up with this company. Everything from the phone call to schedule the appointment to the work performed was excellent. Normally I do not recommend anyone but in this case I would absolutely recommend them. Five stars all the way!

It was OK. The only thing that I was concerned about was that the guy washed his hands in my bathroom after he was finished. He didn't ask. But other than that he did what I hired him to do. He showed up on time, he answered all the questions I asked in a way that I could understand and he sprayed in all the places they said they would spray. There was supposed to be a follow up call and that did not happen. I had a small pest problem before I called them and now I don't have it anymore. So I guess they worked.They responded to me within a week of me purchasing the deal. Someone from the company called me saying they would be here on a particular day. He came out and sprayed and did some other things to help with the bugs. He sprayed inside and outside the house so he seemed very thorough.

If I ever do need bug help I will call this company.

I didn't go with them because they didn't do townhouses. I did find another company that would help me.

I needed the deal for multiple units and they only service single family units. I did not end up using the deal.

It rained the first couple of appointments and the technician could not treat the exterior of the house. Rescheduling was easy. Once we had an appointment that wasn't rained out, the tech arrived on time, he was super polite and very thorough. He treated every room in the house and took his time. He treated the exterior of the house and the garage. He swept the eaves to remove any webs that might collect pests. This company comes on a regular basis now and I haven't had an issue with pests since.

They did a great job. They are very nice. They are professional. They came out for a second treatment at minimal charge. The price was wow. They were very responsive. They called right away and they came on time. They were very accommodating.

have an issue that they won’t honor the deal, and claiming that the deals are the same, and using these deals for a come on to service and if you don’t they won’t help you.

The service was fine. The big deal was a big deal. It was inexpensive.

The technician arrived early on the first call. He was very professional (explained what he was doing, answered questioned, etc.). He removed all the wasp nests around my house and sprayed the exterior and interior. I got the service as a preventative, I didn't have any pests inside the house. Unfortunately after the exterior was sprayed, I got tons of ants on the inside. I called them up again and the technician came back out. After he sprayed the second time I haven't had any issues (interior or exterior). So far I am very happy with the service.

The provider was punctual and courteous. He took the time to describe what he was going to do before he did it. My wife has allergies which was discussed beforehand and he was sure to adjust the treatment to ensure it would not cause a problem. He applied a different product for these types of scenarios. I haven't had any pest problems and will use them again.

First visit of a year contract for quarterly visits occurred in November. Very successful treatment, the Florida roaches are no longer a problem.

The gentleman named Tom came and saw my problem /The home had been vacant and roaches were thriving. He Baited and used some stuff to kill them. Tom said they are not easy to get rid of and would have to return for another treatment in 10 days When I returned a few days later there were dead bugs/ It needed another call back in 10 days and Kevin came then and re baited .Roaches are Gone .I would always recommend this company. Not only are they on time .They do what they said and are terrific in my opinion. Lorraine Lewis

It was a quick visit....the disappointment: we called back the following week when we had some more bugs; we were told that the Angie's List special price did not include a follow up visit because we did not sign a contract.

The service is good. They came out and explained to us what they do. Then a different person came out to do the initial job. We did sign an agreement with them. They are on time all the time.

For the most part, everything has been going well. It's been easy dealing with them on the phone, the technician has been professional and helpful, and they show on schedule. The only issue is that I've had to pay extra since they've had to make more visits to the house than usual, and I'm still seeing a few roaches.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was done at my daughters home. It was fine. It did not cost more than the $54 of the big deal. My daughter said the the serviceman was polite and informative. He told her tips, and he sealed some of the places where the bugs were getting in. She needed him to be careful because she has a two year old who was playing on the floor, and the service man was very responsive. The $54 was very reasonable.
