The service was excellent. They were fast and efficient but also very thorough and came back a week later to check on the house. The service was so good I hired them for monthly service!

They put down granuals to ward off Big bugs, whatever was needed. The gentleman was very good to work with

He indicated areas that we should watch in the future, including some overhanging trees and brush from a neighbor's property. He felt the spider webs there indicated potential problems for us and to have those trees trimmed. He also told us to expect more "activity" from any bugs that were already on or near the premises. He spent over an hour on our small lot and house, inside and out. He will be back approx. every 2 months for one year as a part of our package. I was very happy with the treatment which did not seem overly toxic smelling.

The provider emailed me shortly after the purchase and informed me that they don't service my area, so I have canceled the deal.

The technician was incredibly polite and friendly, and did a very thorough job. He also gave us some advice on what we could do to maintain our pest prevention measures.

Felix was awesome. He inspected EVERYTHING outside my new home and informed me of what he found. How he was going to treat the ants outside, How the think/act. And steps I could take to reduce any risk of them getting in. He treated no only for the minor things he saw but for all future indigenous creepy crawly's. He came inside and explained what he did outside and what he used for the treatment and the effect it would have on the unwanted guests. He then began treating the inside of the home. All exterior walls, Windows, Doors, even the garage. With my dog and cat present. He explained again what he was using, why he was using it, and what expect from the treatment. Told me it was all safe for my pets. He sealed up any "gaps" around the outside the house that could be a potential entry point for anything that might try to come in. He then gave me very informative documentation on the job done, explained in detail how the yearly contract worked as well. Super professional, polite, knowledgeable and punctual. (I didn't have to wait at home for a "4 hour window). The appointment was for 3:00pm and he was in his truck outside my home at 2:40.

It went great. They are professional. When I called to make the appointment, they're pretty accommodating because I had to change it a couple of times.

It was great. I had them do pest control for a few months to make sure there was no insects in there. It worked real well. Prompt, efficient and knowledgeable.

Everything was great. Everything was perfect and on time. They came out and did another spray and a follow up to make sure the bugs didn't come back.

It went well. My only issue was that I paid extra for them to treat around the pool. They decided they did not have to, but I was not reimbursed for this footage. I complained, but it was clear from the manager that I would not be reimbursed. Yet I would still highly recommend them.

They worked out pretty well. I had them come out and they did the normal thing. They also did an extra service which they charged more for but it was good. I don't have any complaints.

We just moved into our new home and wanted to do some preventative treatment prior to moving. The technician (Gabriel?) was very professional and polite. He explained the potential costs of on-going service but was not pushy or salesy. Good experience Overall.

That was fine. It seems to be effective. I would recommend them. He let me know what was on offer if we wanted to continue but he wasn't high pressure about that so it was fine. We didn't have a very bad problem but it was more of preventative. I believe the price was competitive, I haven't priced anybody else but I believe it is.

We have been using them for probably a year. From the first time they came, we have continued on with them. They come out automatically. They come every three months and it works very well. We have been very pleased with it. They have taken care of the problem keeping them out of our house. Their pricing is competitive. They always let me know when they are coming. I am not always home when they come, but they let me know what time they were going to be there and they leave information at the door.

Everything went fine. They were on time to the appointment, and very professional.

The ant problem was my main concern and I paid an additional upcharge of $50 to receive additional treatments as needed. It was well worth the additional money. My bathroom was being renovated and once the walls were removed, Kevin came back and baited for ants before new walls were installed. Prior to the renovation, I had ants in both bathrooms; now I only find dead ants in the second bathroom. Since we plan on additional home updates, I did sign up for a bi-monthly service to insure that we do not have any additional ant problems. Everyone at Drake Termite & Pest Control was very helpful--the office staff was very congenial and the service techs were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Their prices are pretty reasonable. They're professional and do the job. They seem to be reliable. I had an ant issue and they came right out to deal with the problem.
