Tom arrived exactly at time that was agreed upon, very polite and professional, explained all order of work, and what we can expect after treatment. Then not wasting a minute, he inspected the house and exterior, treated all areas, thoroughly explained how we can get follow up treatment, after being asked offered further services with agreement without imposing it on us. In all, this experience was very pleasant.

Wonderful. I saw results after their first visit and I signed up for monthly service.

We had our previous pest control company for 18 years, had a few issues, and thought it was time to try another company. I'm so glad we did. Jimmy was great. He was prompt, thorough and explained the different treatments and why they were needed. They even cleaned away spiders and cob webs that collect on the front porch ceiling from the light being on at night. I hadn't heard of this company before seeing them on Angie's List. The high reviews and great coupon made me want to give them a try. I'm glad I'm using Drake and would recommend them to anyone else.

I could have used a much cheaper service and I wish I had. I paid more for these people because they had a money-back guarantee. They took longer to get rid of the animals than they said they would, and two different technicians assured me I was purchasing a one time treatment. THEN THE MONTHLY BILL CAME. At first, I wasn't upset. I just figured they had made a mistake. Then their nasty receptionist insisted I owed them the $65, and she would have to "talk to the owner to see how he wanted to handle it." Really?? I never got a call back, just more bills for services they weren't even providing and a complete refusal to make it right. They sent my account to collections because I refused to be bullied. They are awful people!!! Go somewhere else or squish the bugs yourself. Trust me.

Our technician was cordial and well-informed. He arrived on time and was thorough in his assessment and his bait use. I am quite satisfied with this initial visit for the annual contract.

I had to call for a 2nd visit, as I saw some pests after the initial application. Additionally, I was upset to find a large scratch on the saddlebag of my motorcycle, which was in the garage, after the tech had swept the cobwebs down out there. I can't say for sure he did it, but no one else had been near that bike, including me, for a couple of weeks prior to his visit. I would have preferred that he told me about it rather than act like it didn't happen.

I called because of a carpenter ant problem. Angie's had Drake at the top of the list and deservedly so, I came to find out! Jimmy arrived and did a complete inspection. He was extremely friendly and explaind everything I could think of to ask. I was impressed by his fearlessness to solve all of my issues and by the company philosophy of not stopping until the problem is solved. Drake understands the importance of true customer service - that convinced me immediately that I had made the right choice. Over two visits, Jimmy treated my house inside and out and I have not seen a single bug since! He was very thorough - even looked in my attic. Another tech also came out to treat outside with Termador for termites, which I wanted. I got a very reasonable price for that as well. I am beyond happy with this company and will use them indefinitely!

They did the one treatment, and it was very good, so I signed up for them to come back every two months. Unfortunately, their service levels have declined. They don't give advance notice of when they are coming. Three visits in a row, they left us notes saying that they couldn't get in the shed as we didn't know they were coming and didn't know to leave it unlocked. However, the most recent visit, we were home, and they didn't even try to get into the shed. Also, they have problems with scheduling and rescheduling. We won't be using them after our contract is up.

There wasn't an additional charge for that. I was charged only on what was on the Angie's List certificate. They did an excellent job without having to explain anything or go around with him. He gets inside and outside and did very well.

They were professional and responsive to my needs. They were in and out in no time. Treated the inside of the house and around the outside.

When the manager came to my house a few days later, he confirmed that I had the dry wood termite. He told me that "The Small Print" will be revised because it's unclear as to what type of termite will be treated. I told him that I had planned to cancel the Big Deal and he advised me that instead of my cancelling, he would try to give me a good price. He gave me a great price!. He then made a call to his office and scheduled for someone to come out in a couple of days (June 4, 2015) and do the treatment service inside and outside the house. Everything was completed on June 4, 2015. I am very pleased with Drake Termite & Pest Control.

Gabriel arrived promptly, was very thorough in his inspection as well as application of the all natural pesticide and gave good pointers on pest prevention that we employed. Job well done.

Technician was prompt and personable. Particularly impressed with booties worn over shoes when inside.

Showed up on time. He was very professional and friendly. It took him about an hour then he came in and explained what he did. I would use them again.

It Went well but one treatment was not enough to address the ant problem. I need to call them back and have them come again.

They were very professional and appeared very interested in keeping bugs out. The lower coupon price made me want to test them out. I found that they were a little pricier than average (with normal pricing) but very worth it if you can get a discount.

Very Well, the technician was there about an hour, was very courteous and professional. Went over the results of his inspection as well as what he did and left me with a report and folder on their services.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal, and someone called to schedule. The person on the phone was pleasant, and was able to send someone on a Saturday, which was much appreciated. The technician came out on time, did a thorough job of determining what issues I was experiencing, and explaining what was to be done. He then did the things he said he was going to do, and seemed to do a very thorough job of that. I don't expect any issues, but I am confident that with the way things went, that it will be easy enough to have them come out and rectify any issues during my annual term.

Service person arrived on time for scheduled appt. Did thorough inspection of home and garage for termites. Found no evidence of presence of termites. The area we wanted treated was a lot more than the special allowed which we expected since we have a large home and 1500 sq ft detached garage. He quoted us the additional cost and we agreed to the price. He worked very hard digging around the house and garage doing the treatment. All in all a very good job. Thanks

The technician (Josh?!) showed up on time and explained what all he was going to do. He treated the outside perimeter with some chemicals and granules. He pulled down the spider webs and scraped off the mud dauber nests (which I consider above and beyond the call of duty). He also treated the interior, spraying and laying traps and "bait" for the bugs. Pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and hard working.
