Tom arrived on time and explained all that he would do interior and exterior. As he found trouble areas he pointed them out as well as advised what I should look out for. I was pleased with how thorough the job was.

Josh from Drake Termite & Pest Control arrived on time, introduced himself, and described the services he would perform. Because I have several pets, I chose to have only the outside treated. Although the products are said to be safe for pets, the price seemed more than reasonable for even partial treatment. Josh went about his work efficiently, let me know when he had finished, and pointed out that, after removal, the mud wasp nests would leave stains. Since I already knew that, it wasn't a problem for me. All said, I was very pleased with the services provided.

Drake is excellent. They are timely, effective and very friendly. The people they send seem competent, and do a good job. We would recommend Drake highly for pest control.

Josh arrived at the time scheduled and we discussed my problem. I had a severe problem with ants inside the house. Josh treated indoors, especially the kitchen and bathrooms where the ants have been seen. He showed me where he he applied the gel for the ants and explained to me everything he did.. The tech came early and was professional. I am still seeing ants in the kitchen, but maybe that takes a while to go away. He said if we still have any issues, to call and they would come back. I have not seen any other types of bugs since the visit (except dead ones). I will call again in the future.

I was very pleased with the outcome. I could not catch the mice with either trap. Glad professionals are handling it for me. I would definitely use them again. When Josh left I was pleased with the outcome. He even assisted me in getting the correct people out here to take care of the places where they are coming in under the house. It was a win win for me. We had a serious carpenter ant problem in my house. We purchased this annual plan because we knew one treatment would not suffice. The initial visit was very effective. The tech was very informative, and did a very good job of treating all areas of my house. He told us in 5-7 days we should not see anymore ants, and sure enough he was right. We have gone through our second treatment. And everything has been great so far. No pest in our home anymore. A+

There was an additional charge of $100 for additional areas being treated, which was surprising since I thought the Big Deal I purchased covered it. However, he did a good job with treatment and he is coming back for 2 more follow up treatments for the cost.

Craig (manager) and Cima came for the initial treatment at our new house. They were on-time, friendly, and professional. After finding a wolf spider, Craig told me i needed an extra treatment specifically for killing spiders. I figured there would be an additional charge for this service but it ended up being included in the annual price. We have had a technician return for two follow-up appointments to make sure the treatments are working. We are seeing fewer pests and its comforting knowing that if something does emerge, Drake pest control can be relied on to take care of the problem.

Tom with Drake Termite & Pest Control was amazing, he took his time to explain everything to us...took his time to check everything in the home and do a full evaluation and sprayed everywhere inside and outside. We did decide to do the every other month service, if the rest of the service is as good as the one Tom gave us then we will have long partnership with Drake Pest control. Very pleased for sure and will highly recommend.

Last of three applications was conducted on 5 August. I have only seen one adult cockroach which was on 12 August. I was told to wait ten days after last application before contacting the office for additional services.

Tech showed up and asked what kind of bugs I am seeing. Told him german roaches and he immediate said there would be $100 upcharge for that before he would come in the house. He told me it states that on Angie's List but of course it does not. Came in and looked around and said he would have to reschedule for another day. I guess the service is only $349 if you don't have any pests that need exterminating. Went back and forth with Angie's and the Company for days and never got a resolution. (Angie's failed also in the end all I got was an email saying you have to deal with them yourself. Just because they are on the site doesn't mean they will help at all!) Craig Cox the GM explained that the upcharge is because they have to come back for one extra visit with some bugs, so a year of service really only means 4 visits I guess. If they need more in their determination it is $100 a visit Tech who visited house was very nice and professional though. Nothing on him I am sure it is all company policy. So going with another pest control company to see if it is any better. Pro-Staff has about the same deal for $50 less and no upcharges.

We chose Drake based on the comments we read on Angie's List and also based on the fact that they do not spend tons of money on advertising - the cost of which is always passed on to the customer. We were immediately impressed with the Drake tech, Jimmy Maloney. He arrived promptly and was ready to go to work. He explained what he would be doing that first day and also the follow-up "as needed" visits to get the problem under control. He also explained the additional services included in our annual contract. We are extremely pleased with Jimmy's professionalism and his determination to solve our immediate problem. It's also good to know that we will always have the same tech, Jimmy, and that the company does not rotate techs. Lest we forget, the office staff is very pleasant and helpful in answering any questions or concerns we have had. I think Drake is a very well-run operation and I'm glad we chose them. Drake started working with us in early July.

The specialist they sent showed up on time for the treatment. It began to rain outside but that did not deter them. His name was Tom and he was so great. He listened to all of our needs and tried to address as much as he could while he was there. He could only treat the interior but helped setup a follow up appointment to take care of the exterior. He seemed just as concerned about our potential pest problems as we were. It was a new house that was vacant for awhile so the bug population was up. Tom came back for the Exterior and did a great job with that as well. Very professional and always willing to help. I will be a customer of theirs for awhile!

Never scheduled a time to stop by. Asked for a weekend appointment (if available), disputed it with Angie's List (too old for a refund) and here we still have not heard from them or received service or further communication. Maybe this will get someone's attention.
