The customer service office is very patient, professional & willing to work with your schedule the best they can. Josh, the Tech, showed up right on time, on the 2nd visit it was nice the same tech returned. He is professional but friendly at the same time. Thank you Drake. Our 1st service was $54.00 and then we signed a contract for 1 year at $69.00 for service every other month.

They arrived on time. I don't remember the name of the person that provided the service but he was very nice and informative. He checked around the foundation of the house and in the yard. He explained the treatment and gave up options to have the yard treated into the future with their company. We had an option to subscribe to their service but opted not to at that time due to a cruise that we were taking. We never revisited this. Our fault as we would have liked to have them service our home. Anyway, they treated around the foundation of the house with something, I don't remember what specifically but it took care of the issue that we were having with the ants. They were nice, informative, on time and easy to work with. I would use them again in the future.

The man who came out to the house was very professional and kind, it was a very quick process and all went well. I would hire them again.

Drake is a wonderful pest control company! We've used them for two separate locations, and have appreciated their prompt response to request for service and wonderful professionalism, and cooperation with spraying/placing products that won't harm our three dogs.

Asked for a call to set-up estimate for job. Did not receive call, so cancelled "big deal."

If you were ever told "If it looks to good to be true it probably is" you know exactly what I thought when I saw this deal. I said this can't be, what kind of job will you get for this price. Since I was looking for some sort of service on Angie's List I decided to go for it after all I reasoned, the price is good and if i'm not happy with the job I'll go on Angie's and give them a bad rating. I'm happy to say that I'm glad I did and their rating is Excellent!. This is the first company that doesn't hold you to a contract. There's no pressure. I was told that they would continue with follow-ups until I'm completely satisfied and when I'm satisfied with the inside then they will begin their work on the outside. No other company has offered this type of service without a extra charge. So far they have come back twice and scheduled to come back again. They stand by their word and have honored the deal.

Each Exterminator was very thorough in spraying all interior and exterior areas of our home.

representative was professional and detailed. Explained as he went about his duties. Since it was raining, said he would come back to do outside and I've already heard from their office that they'll be by this week. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them.

They do a fantastic job. As we have 2 dogs they always knock to make sure they are in the house before treatment. We have an ongoing contract with them. We do not have any problems with insects in the house or the permitted of the house. Great Company

Excellent customer service! Technician arrived on time, and explained the pest control treatment service. I decided to hire them for my regular pest control--inside and outside of my home. I've so pleased with the service that they're not taking care of my beach home as well. Recommend!

they came in and treated our house both inside and out, swept away spider webs outside, treated palm trees in our yard (which house roaches) and got rid of any wasps nests seen. We were having a major problem with spiders and roaches in our house, i was almost seeing 2-3 bugs, spiders and roaches a week (those are just the ones i happened to see) and having an issue with wasps outside. since they have come to treat our house i have not seen one live roach or spider anywhere in our house or much outside for that matter! great experience they have already been back again once to do another outside inspection. Have been pleased with results and thankful I don't have to worry about finding unwanted house guests anymore!!

Exterminator was very professional and organized. He was very knowledgeable and never tried to sell us anything extra. He also provided many tips to help prevent/control pests. Overall a great experience.

They were very good. I did not pay anything additional. The serviceman was nice and knowledgeable. The roaches are getting fewer and fewer. I was disappointed because I expected more. The service was very basic.

Results are too early to tell

It turned out fine. There were no additional charges. Nobody contacted me. There was no phone number for them on the site. I had to actually call Angie's List because after like a week or so I didn't hear from anyone.

Great people from the young lady that set up the appointment to the professional that serviced my house. I highly recommend them and their services.

The technician arrived on time, and spent several hours treating our house. He also knocked down dozens of wasp and dirt dobber nests the previous owner had allowed to build up on the house. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. Services were performed beyond our expectations, at a great price. When I mentioned that I would be pressure treating the outside areas soon, he set up a follow up call to redo the outside treatment, and that was also performed promptly and well.

Service tech was very polite, knowledgeable and through. When he performed follow up he remembered my birthdate, which indicated the customer matters to drake, (not just s number)
