We purchased the year of pest control special from Angie's List Drake was very thorough, and took care of the spider issues we'd been having. They couldn't have been more accommodating. We now use them at our rental property also.

Drake Pest Control did an outstanding job. We've been seeing spiders, palmetto bugs, wasps and ants around the lanai, front door, garage and other locations. Josh called to say he would be 5 mins late (wow!) and did an outstanding job. He explained what he was going to do, did it, and explained all about the critters here in FL (we've just moved from up north). He brushed away all the remnants of bug activity (spiderwebs and such) and treated inside and out. Thank you!!

It went fine except ants were back in a few days.

Gabe showed up right on time (he was actually early, but waited in the car until the appointment time). Nice guy, got the job done. I decided to sign-up on a service contract with them and he explained it all very well. So far, so good!

Did a wonderful job. Even called to let me know that technician was going to be 5 minutes late -- 5 MINUTES! How refreshing! A lot of companies don't call if they're going to be 30 minutes late much less 5. Technician was courteous and informative. Did an excellent job.

This was another service I reached out to as it had a special on Angie's List. The serviceman arrived on time, was polite and helpful. He explained everything the offer included and performed the service. I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of the service.

I wasn't there, but my realtor said he came on time and did spray.

Technician was unable to perform service because I live in a townhouse. My bad. I didn't read the offer correctly. Technician did identify the type of problem I had (Ghost Ants) and directed me to a user application solution. Problem solved. Ghost ants are now just ghosts. Even though I couldn't take advantage of the offer, I still highly recommend Drake Pest Control.

I started with them almost 2 months ago with that special that Angie's List had and he did such a good job. I actually hired him and they came in fact a day before yesterday and gave me the first regular service.

It went very well. No complaints at all.

I was very satisfied with the service. The technician explained what the service entailed and found it was exactly what I needed. I signed up for bi-monthly service and I had my first service right away. I am very happy that I found Drake Termite and Pest Control and plan on having them continue my service.

Originally came for the special purchased through Angies List for pest control treatment of home, but certain types of insects (German Roach specifically) require extra work and there for extra charges. The representative was great at explaining everything and it never felt like a hard upsell. We chose to have the extra service performed as well as signed up for the monthly service which appeared to be a very reasonable price. Definitely looking forward to clearing out any insects in our newly purchased home.

The service did not go as expected. First off the service was late although in their defense I did get a call. Second, this is not a pest control service/treatment it is merely a SPOT check/treatment ONLY....DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO USE A LOT OF CHEMICALS OR SPRAY....THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED OR READ IT TO BE. I will say the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable but this was mostly a sales call to get you on a service plan.

The service went okay. They were only doing the outside so I had to call them a few times because my wife kept seeing roaches inside the house. So, they came in a couple of times since I hired them and did additional work. We still have them, but we are going to be moving so I would be canceling that. They really did not offer to do the inside. Sometimes, we had to call them and let them know when they would be in. We had to do the follow-up.

I was very satisfied with the service and the explanation of what to do and what will happen next. Next visit will be Thursday. I love the way he explained everything and actually did the service.

Everything went very well, the technician was very polite and professional. He made sure to walk us through all the work he had done and also took the time to go over their bi-monthly service which we did sign up for. Bottom line we were very impressed with their work and service and would recommend them to anyone.

Josh's service and professionalism won me over from the start. I asked Josh for a detailed explanation of what he was going to use and how. I have three dogs and although we wanted to be bug free I wanted to make sure it was safe for my pets. Josh explained it all to me in details and he went on to perform the service, into the garage, and behind electrical outlets. Brushing my walls of nests outside, caterpillars, spraying and laying out granules to keep the pests from coming inside. Josh was patient and VERY PROFESSIONAL he wore shoe covers coming into my home. I was so impressed truly I asked him how to sign up for this service before he even started after the explanation and his demeanor. I know service when I see it! I have managed a health Care Center's IT Operation for several decades. Josh exudes Customer Service SKILLS-KEEP HIM around you will not go wrong!

Technician brushed the entire exterior from soffits to windows and doors. He then applied Termidor and Advion to outside and inside of house. He did inside the cabinets, closets and garage. Jimmy was very courteous and did a quality job. The price we paid through Angie's List was excellent but he did not cut corners because of the normal price of $120.00. We decided to sign an agreement for Drakes to be our regular Pest Control Company for our new home.

Things went very well. The representative was courteous and knowledgeable. He treated the outside, on the ground and around all windows. He treated all interiors areas with emphasis on the kitchen cabinets where roach dropping were found in a cabinet under the sink.. When he felt the need to use a spray, he requested permission first as it took longer to dissipate before use. He set two traps inside the garden tub in a bathroom. He set up a follow up appointment for the following week. He inspected all areas. The following week The traps were inspected, a little more spraying was done inside and on landscaping wood where ants were seen. Another follow-up was scheduled. The last follow-up went well. I signed up for a service agreement with no long term commitment which is a good feature.

Jimmy was incredibly prompt and professional. He was wonderful with my toddler and respectful of my home and belongings. Drake Pest Control was recommended to me by a family member and I'm glad we called them. They do try to sell you on their bi monthly service, which I was happy to sign up for. It was not a high pressure pitch on it and I was already aware of it before they got here. My family member purchased the Angie's list deal for Drake also but paid $20 less than I did. I was happy with the same service for either price, considering their prompt and courteous service. I would definitely recommend Jimmy and Drake Pest control to my friends and family.
