Applied application and it worked no more ants

Our service representative, Tom, is amazing! He is there at exactly the time he says he will be there, and is very attentive to correcting our problem. He has scheduled follow-up appointments to help control the problem. I have already referred the company to other friends and will continue my annual service each year.

First time everything was well. They came the second time, I tried to explain to Drake employee that there was no improvement from the treatment they did. He said he is just here to spray the outside. The guy came and left in 2 minutes, keep in mind my home is on almost half acre. I refuse to pay the $68.00, because nothing was done...very crooked. I will never use Drake again. I am a Realtor and will NEVER REFER my clients.

As property managers, we have found the office and it's manager to be excellent to work with and very responsive to our needs. And yes, we will definitely hire them for additional properties and pest control services as our needs demand.

It went very well, I thought they did a good job. They stayed right to the pricing. They pushed pretty hard for us to sign up for an annual contract which I get is why they are running this special. If you mention it fine, but when they say no, let it go. They were a little too pushy. I was pleased with their service, they were very thorough and the person was very pleasant.

Excellent! They were very thorough and even did a return visit to follow-up on the ants at one of our back windows. They sprayed outside our home, but only used small dots of bait indoors at very specific, almost hidden locations. Since their service, we've been basically insect free! Drake does great work, they're always on time, and are very informative during all processes.

Drake Pest was prompt in scheduling, flexible, and kept me updated that the tech was running a little late. Once he arrived he got to work and had it completed in a timely fashion. I really can't comment on the quality because I've never had to purchase this type of think before and have no comparison. I got a receipt showing paid services for the date and was told I needed to have yearly maintenance to keep warranty current.

It went very well. The price was okay. They did very well.

work performed was to be a whole house treatment for $78. Service man looked young and inexperienced. Had no equipment other than a tiny tube in his hand. Which he applied liquid to the cabinet hinges. He said he did the whole interior and exterior of the home BUT I didn't see it and within a week later I had ants on my kitchen counter. Calling them , they said that they would send someone out IF I signed up with Drake for $78 every two months. I did not go with this. Not satisfied.

It went very well. Everything was explained of what was done and how to prevent further problems. The Drake Termite & Pest Control representative was knowledgeable, informative and respectful.

We have big ants inside & outside the house and they freak me out cause they're huge. We guessed carpenter ants and bug spray did not help. So I went with Drake's promo for a Preventive Interior and Exterior Pest Treatment and was scheduled with no problem. The tech Jimmy came on time, confirmed our guess, and went to work while answering all our questions. In addition we had our yard treated as well to keep our grass and bushes healthy and free of bugs. Jimmy gave us a a better deal than the other estimates we received from other companies before with free follow ups. Overall we are satisfied with the initial service.

Great. Technician came out and was on time. Super helpful. Walked me through potential areas of where critters can come in. Explained that the chemicals used to spray were pet friendly and would not harm my 4 legged child. I signed up for the bimonthly service. Overall, very satisfied. Even referred them to a friend already who started service as well

The exterminator came by and sprayed throughout the inside of the house and garage and also sprayed outside the house. The exterminator even came by 2 weeks later at no charge to make sure he got everything the first time. We didn't have a major critter issue but we had the occasional ant invasion and roaches here and there but have not seen any since. We signed up for them to come every 2 months or so and they charge $61 for each visit which you can cancel at any time, no contract. I would highly recommend them.

I called them and left a message twice and they never returned my call.

Ok so far. Showed up on time- very personable and professional- explained the services and got rid of all the exterior spider webs, wasp nests and other bug problems, while spraying and making a barrier. Then used spray, powder and bait on the inside. Seemed very efficient and knowledgeable. Reg cost was $120 but with Angie's list was only $59. Showed cost for future visits and I will wait to see if this treatment is productive- then I would not hesitate to purchase the service. Time will tell if it is effective...

Well. Jimmy did a great job of Preventive Pest Control Treatment Inside and Outside the House. He was prompt, professional and did a good job. I will recommend Jimmy to my friends and family.

This is my 2nd review of this company -- after destroying part of my lawn in two places in Oct 2014 it took them until Mar 2014 to repair the damage after phone calls to the branch manager and one of the company owners. Finally, is got repaired and I was asked if I would take down my negative post --- which I agreed to do, and did. June 28th, I called Brandon and advised that I had "active" sod web worms and and area with what appeared to be chinch bugs. I advised him I was leaving for my vacation home and I was promised a tech would be out to treat the yard. I returned on July 24th (Sun) and the yard (in a few areas was decimated)! I went to Lowes, bought the necessary products, and treated it myself. I canceled my service with Drake and hired another company. Drake FAILS to follow-through unless you are willing to Stay on Top of Them Constantly ---> they have absolutely NO FOLLOW-UP to ensure the treatment they apply to care of the problem. I WILL NOT recommend this company and definitely WILL NOT rehire no matter what they do. In fact, I received a nice reply from Brandon Hill this morning about me canceling my service --- his reply "No Problem. Your account is cancelled." Not even the courtesy of attempting to find out why I cancelled.... One other thing -- in the 1.5 years (Approx) that they treated my yard -- the only time (I can remember) they came was after a call from me noting an issue with the yard.

They didn't try to upsell me on anything. I'm very pleased.

The technician that came out was very thorough. He found where the ants were coming in to my house and sprayed the area. He let us know that the hole needed to be sealed up and asked if we had any sealant. We did. So he went above and beyond and actually sealed up the hole for us. You can tell this company really cares about their customers and the service they provide. I will always use Drake for any pest control needs in the future. Great customer service!

Technician was excellent and thoroughly explained the job. Very quiet but I observed much of what he did and was very pleased by the service. I purchased a maintenance package for follow up treatments. Living by a lake, house has been a through way for palmetto bugs and spiders. Haven't seen one in the house since the service.

They did not do a bad job, but I did not take them on permanently. The price was promotional. It was very good, but her service was too much. I could not handle it. They wanted me to sign up and I did not want to do it that way. They were not on time and they kept postponing and postponing. That is why I did not bother to hire them.
