Description of Work: The technician came to my home the first time and applied all the chemicals, he put traps for spiders in some points of the house and explained to me the whole process. We call them two weeks after the initial treatment because we saw two or three spiders, a follow up visit was schedule, the technician arrived on time and took care of the situation. We are still waiting for the results, so far we haven't seen more crawling guests.

Description of Work: I did not go well at all, my husband was the one home when they came in and he said the young man just looked through the cabinets and said they would have an upcharge of approx $100.00 to treat the house because he saw a few roaches. Why else would I get pest control if I didn't have pest? Anyway we did not have the extra $100 so they would not perform any services.

The rep was very informative about what he was going to do, what I could do to avoid problems, and presented a plan for the future. There wasn't any pressure to sign-up, just a presentation of the costs. I will definitely be using their services.
