Description of Work: Not well. A person showed up, spend 5 minutes and he said," you have infestation of german cockroach and we can not honor this coupon." If we wanted to have service done, would cost $199.00 1 time charge. I did not want decide in 1 minute to spend extra 200.00 dollars before investigating further. Therefore, I was dispointed to come home from work early and NO service was performed

Drake apologizes for not being able to service your town home and any inconvenience this may have caused. The reason for this is because town homes are connected to other units. When additional units are connected, pest problems can and often affect the adjacent units. In this situation you may have a pest problem coming from an adjacent unit. If Drake is unable to treat all the adjacent units then we would be unable to provide you with a pest free environment due to the treatment constraints. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your interest in our service.

Very satisfied - highly recommend!
Description of Work: Recently, I changed lawn chemical services. I had a professional service, but my lawn looked terrible! I looked at my neighbors' homes, and the lawns that looked the best were serviced by Drake. Drake has really helped turn my yard around in two months! I am paying double what I was paying per month, but it's worth it to actually see results. Before, I was paying for nothing! Drake is easy to work with, and they are passionate about doing a good job - they get excited about seeing positive results. And, they work until there is 100% satisfaction. Drake treats my grass and shrubbery.
