I was pleased with the work. They installed two new septic tanks. They were prompt, and did what they said they were going to do.

It went well, the representative from Drainage Solutions came right on time and went right to work on the septic tank. He knew exactly what he was doing. Additionally, he recommended that we should have a plumber come out to make an easy access site in case there is a problem with the piping system.

I found Drainage solutions on Angies list. They had good reviews - so I called. I was thrilled with the service. I called on a Friday and they came and pumped 3 septic tanks for me on Saturday. Taurence was our service provided. LOVE HIM! He was so great with the kids who all wanted to watch. He was like a "rock star" to us as we have never seen this done before. (New old home for us). He was courteous, explained everything as he did it - and was actually early - not late! I will definitely use them again. Already recommended them to another neighbor that just moved in. Thanks Drainage Solutions! You were a pleasure to work with.

When I called to schedule a septic pump, we needed someone to come out quickly as we were already experiencing problems. They were able to come out on the date and time we asked. The service person was extremely prompt. We were given a time frame of 8:30 - 10:00. The service person called right at 8:30am to ensure someone was home and that he was just around the corner. He was extremely professional and courteous and went straight to work. He offered us expert advise for maintenance. We had neighbors who asked about service and our serviceman answered their questions also. I would highly recommend Drainage Solutions to anyone, including our neighbors. Price was fair and exactly what was quoted to me over the phone.

They are wonderful. They are very helpful. If you call them they will try to help you over the phone and not schedule to make an appointment immediately. The prices are good and they are very responsive.

Very well. There was a little confusion on timing to start work but that was due to my schedule, and they were very patient with me in that regard. The young men handled their machinery beautifully, and the work necessitated them taking my backyard gate out which they did and replaced exactly the way it was. They kept me advised along the way of what was next and offered some options on the tank top but did not exert any pressure to sell something else. Their advice was very good and will save me money and time in the future. In addition, their work necessitated their having to cut lines in my sprinkler system which they did and replaced so everything worked perfectly when the work was completed. I couldn't have asked for any more efficient or more pleasant workers and I would higly recommend this cmpany to anyone.

I called Drainage Solutions on Friday morning and they came out Saturday morning. My appointment was scheduled between 9 am and 11 am. The technician arrived promptly at 9 am. I have lived in this house for 11 years. I get the drain field cleaned every three years or so. The service provided by this company was comparable to the other companies I have used.

A little after the scheduled start time of the service I got a call from a man from Drainage Solutions saying he was running late because he was having problems with the truck. I told him I needed him there quickly because I had the plumber scheduled to be there at the same time so we could work out whatever my problem was. He got there shortly thereafter, walked my front yard, made a phone call and left. About 20 minutes later another gentleman with a Drainage Solutions pump truck showed up. This person said the first guy was supposed to have located the septic tank and uncovered the access cover (which he had not done.) The second guy found the tank and pumped it out. He said I needed the drain field replaced and he gave me a handwritten quote and said another one would be mailed to me from their main office.Overall he seemed to do a good job. I had two areas of concern 1) the initial bill he presented me was well over the $250 initial quote that I was given. When I brought that to his attention he changed it to the correct amount and 2) his truck leaked two pools of heavy black oil on the road and cars, as they drove over them, tracked them all up and down the road, including onto my driveway.

I called in the morning at 9am and I got an answering machine response. I left the message and proceeded to look for another option, within the hour they called me back and they sent the truck to examine the problem, they gave an estimate and I found it very reasonably, so they provided me the solution. I found it very convenient and professional. I was expecting to expend much more money.

We called them and they told us that someone would be at our house the next day at 8:30 am. At 8:30am the representative was knocking on our door and got straight to work. He assessed the problem and knew the solution. He got it done and put the yard back together the best he could after digging it up to get to the tanks. He was professional and I would definitely use the company again if we have septic issues.

Excellent results. I couldn't be more pleased. Within 2 hours of calling them i had a representative at my front door to address my situation and offer a new contract. Service of tank was performed within 1.

Best pumping / cleaning job ever. The only company to check filter ( 2 other companies charged more and did less ). Did what was needed and did not try to sell me things I did not need.

I called to get an estimate for getting our septic tank pumped. They had no trucks available today, but were able to give me a referral since it needed to be done today. Very friendly and helpful, I would recommend checking them out.

.Their price is the same as the others but they gave us a 10 years warranty and so we chose them. He wrote the estimate and told us that every load of sand has to be determined. It will be either $300 or plus. The sand was delivered without them calling me and then, I asked them why is the sand here. He said you need it. I told her, I thought we were going to talk about it before you did it. He kept saying you need it. Finally we negotiated the price to $250. And then, another load comes in and I call them and then again another load comes in and they say you need it. Whether I needed it or not, they should have at least called me. They were not responsive because some family member expired. When the guy comes back, he charged me more than we had discussed. They charged me extra for moving the dirt. I thought that was part of the job. He even tried to trick me with my credit card. I called them back to talk to the boss and I end up talking to the same guy. His name is John. However, their quality of work was good and were punctual.

They could not find the drainage opening, but persevered and found tank had a hole knocked in it and closed with a flower pot(by the last company doing the service). They said this is not unusual and worked fine.They were courteous and prompt. The price seemed ok.

Originally they came out an pumped our septic tank. The system was overflowing and they insisted that this was directly related to a clogged drain field. Based on the age of the system being 43+ years old and the large oak and cypress trees very close by, this seemed logical. A second opinion from another company seconded this. Jonathan gave us a quote to replace the drain field. He seemed knowledgeable and their quote was in line with others, plus due to the positive ratings on Angie's list at the time, we decided to move forward. We also asked how much a new cover would cost for the septic system. Jonathan told us that would only be $15. He said it could be more if he had to special order it but he thought he had plenty laying around the shop that would fit. We told him at $15 we would like him to replace it, but if it was going to be several hundreds of dollars as other companies had told us it might be, we did not want to replace it. We then had a very hard time getting a hold of him to confirm our desire to move forward and left three voicemail messages over five days. We were just about to hire someone else when he returned the calls. I should say, returned our calls because we were out that day and he called our house 15 times from 8:00am to 7:00pm. Apparently, he doesn't answer calls from Private lines which is how our house number was showing up on his phone. In a few weeks the soil test was done and the work began. In the process of digging the hole for the new drain field, they cut a electrical wire and two sprinkler lines. He was very apologetic but we understood these things happen. We asked if we needed to make these repairs prior to the hole being filled back in or would he do it. He said, yes we would need to call an electrician but they could do the plumbing. We did call an electrician and just in time because they came back and filled in the hole sooner than told us they would. But they did not fix the sprinkler lines. When asked, he said he would send someone out to come back and fix them. The next day, Jonathan was back asking for final payment as the men began work to fix the sprinkler. We were surprised to see that he had charged us $300 for a new septic lid! We reminded him that he had said it would be $15 and we didn't want to replace it if was going to be hundreds of dollars. He said he had to "pick one up" so it was more. So despite our wishes and conversation, since it was already installed we begrudgingly paid him while the men got to work on the sprinklers. And by the way, the sprinkler repair was $210 for 35 feet of straight pipe and 1 tee. But we were willing to pay this $6 a foot premium because we assumed that since they were the ones that broke it, and it was a service that they offered, they would be able to fix it accurately. We assumed wrong. The sprinkler was hooked up incorrectly such that the rotors and misters were connected to the wrong zones. On top of that, one of three places they had to glue together wasn't done properly and big hole appeared in the yard when the sprinklers were turned on. Now we have had to call a sprinkler specialist to come out to fix their $210 worth of work. Unfortunately, between not listening and installing a $300 cap and the sub-par overpriced sprinkler repair, coupled with the inability to answer the phone if not coming from a number they recognize and being off on dates (both early and late by a day), we would be hesitant to recommend this vendor. We would give caution to get all estimates in writing including "pieces from the shop" and make all repairs to things that they break with your own specialists.

I have been using them for years. They are the only people I will use for now on. They are very honest and do good work. Faimly operated and great service. When they say they are going to be there they are there.

Drainage Solutions gave me an appointment for the exact day and time I required with only a couple of days notice. Larry arrived on time and got right to work. He was courteous and knowledgable. He inspected the septic tank and determined that it was in good shape and did not need to be pumped out, which saved me $200. I would call Drainage Solutions again.

I had septic tank lids collapse and needed to have them taken out of the tank and replaced. I originally planned on using another company, but I did not get a commitment or response to my voicemails of when the repair would occur, so I started calling other septic tank companies. I called Drainage Solutions at 11:45am and told them what I needed. Frank gave me a quote over the phone that was a better price. I asked how soon he could have the lids fixed, and he had a guy out to pump the tank within an hour and had another come with the lids within 2 hours. Both guys were friendly and professional. I would give them an A++ if i could.

They were willing to come to pump our tank the same day I called for an appointment. However, I made the appointment for the following morning. The gentleman who came to do the job was prompt, courteous, and friendly. After pumping the tank and checking on the age of our home, etc., he recommended the installation of the outlet filter device and riser with a cover for easy cleaning in order to get a little more life out of our drain field. We agreed and an appointment was scheduled for the following day. The crew showed up at the appointed time and completed the job in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to call this company again when the need arises.

The patriarch and owner, Frank, communicated with us about the project challenges, and then his son was right there to confirm the ?soil sample? requirements vs the ?permit? requirements. All of these ?fees? were disclosed right off instead of other contractors who add them in later. Funding options were explained ? and compassion about the family situation was very evident. Even when the work was delayed due to a major sewage system break in the Orlando area, Frank and his Company staff, etc. let us know why our job would be delayed for a few days and exactly why. There was good communications via direct line to the owner, Frank, and much confidence was built through his son and crew who (inadvertently) severed a phone line and then repaired it immediately to an actual better state than it had laid before. This family?s life has been positively changed this week. We?re hanging our head?s higher. We can flush and take showers and do laundry in our house for the first time in many, many, years ? thanks to Drainage Solutions, Inc.

We needed a pump-out and possibly more. One of the largest septic companies in the area stood us up three times last week, but our trusted plumber recommended Drainage Solutions yesterday. We set up the time for "before 10 a.m. today," and Chris from Drainage Solutions showed up at about 9:10 a.m. -- off to a good start. As we had feared, the job was more complicated than a mere pump-out, but Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the options as we talked through the problem. Short story: There were some serious problems, but he fixed everything, showing me the steps as he went. We absolutely would recommend Drainfield Solutions.

Price was as quoted by phone. Service was professional. They had a previous appointment for the day before, but weather became an issue. They called me to rescedule prior to the appointment time. They were on schedule for the subsequent appointment. After arriving, they did suggest and additional service at an additional fee, but it was not required and I opted not to do it. They made a number of suggestions on how to improve function of the septic system in future based on their service, and I think the suggestions were very helpful.
