I called Drainfield Doctor and the gentleman answered my call and told me that he might have someone in my area right now and asked if he could call me back. He called me back in less then 5 minutes and told me he could send someone out to me right then and there. Randy showed up about 30 min later. Randy was wonderful he was pleasant and professional and answered all my questions and there were quite a few as this is my first time dealing with a septic tank. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

He showed up on time and took the time to explain things to me. I got the sense that he was honest and was being up front. I felt comfortable that whatever he had to say was accurate. I thought it went very good.

On Sat, May 22nd I was thinking he was to be at our house between 1-4pm so I called at 3:25pm to confirm he would be at our house that day. He didn't answer so I left a voicemail message. Afterwards I checked my spread sheet and thought perhaps I got the 1-4pm time confused with another company. Regardless, he was either a "no show" or he had never called me back to set up a time for Saturday like he said he would. It is now Friday, May 28th and I have never heard back from anyone from this company since my initial call on May 22nd.

After I contacted Drainfield Doctor, they sent someone out immediately to pump the tank. However, when the problem was clearly much greater, reinforcements were called. They assessed the extent of the problem and provided an estimate immediately. As soon as the tree had been removed and the permit pulled, the work began and was completed in about 2-3 days. Shortly after that, I received a folder in the mail, containing the complete details of the project.

My wife contacted Frank from Drainfield Doctor and a call was returned within minutes. We made arrangements for one of their techs to come out and inspect our septic and drainfield. Kenny came out and explained in detail that the roots of one of the tree in our front yard were stifling our drainfield. He pumped out the septic tank which he said was in good shape and did not need replacing. He gave us an estimate and told us they could not start the work until the tree had been removed, but to let the tree service know to leave about a foot of the tree stump so they (Drainfield Doctor) could remove. We gave a deposit to have the permits pulled and Frank contacted us to begin the work as soon as this occurred. In the meantime we had the tree removed (see Sunbelt Tree Service). The crew came out at the time designated and removed the bear of a tree stump, dug out the old drainfield, and installed the new one. They had to leave the hole unfilled until a county inspector could sign off on it. The next day, the inspector came out, approved the work, and contacted the crew. Within an hour the crew was back at fillin in the hole. They cleaned up the front yard quite nicely. The only residual work was that they had to come back the next day and haul away the huge tree stump. We were quite pleased with the whole process.

The experience was excellent from the very initial phone call. The appointments were kept, the work was done professionally, all questions were answered, and they did not try to "sell" us work that did not need to be done. We were told how to get information from the county on our septic drainfield, and we appreciated the companies honesty.

He was very helpful. He was willing to help us out over the phone instead of charging us right away. We called him back the next morning because the alarm went off again. They sent someone out 30 minutes later. They fixed the problem for us.

I called and scheduled service for the following day. They arrived when expected to do the job. The first tank lid was difficult to access due to tree roots and an irrigation line. The second tank lid was difficult to access due to mature landscaping and design of the tank. The technician was polite and courteous in spite of the unexpected challenges and delays in getting the job done. While the cost of the job exceeded the verbal quote I was given on the phone, the job was more extensive than originally thought. Pricing was fair for the scope of the work.
