 + -1 moreExcellent, Excellent service. We heard a noise in the wall and called Dr. Critter. He was there within a hour. They checked things out, explained what the problem was and what steps he would be doing to get rid of the rats. Each time anyone came they were polite, knowledgeable, wore clean Dr. Critter uniform. I highly recommend Dr. Critter.

 + 0 moreJim Tansk came out to see where the rats were coming into the house. He went all over the house and found little holes where they were coming in. Jim repaired all the holes. Jim cleaned up afterwards and nothing was left behind. Jim came back 2 times to check that everything was OK. He did a great job and now I don't need to worry.
